The sales clerk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the phone I purchased. She was also very nice.

Amber was amazing. She helped me with setting up my new phone for a trade-in of my iPhone 11. All of the customers that came in after me were in and out satisfied. By far the best customer service I’ve EVER received at ANY AT&T!!!

I went to AT&T Store on 39 in Meridian, MS. The young Lady was friendly, prompt, and efficient. I'm just sorry I forgot her name.

I went to 3 different AT&T because I was looking for an specific phone. This one was my last shot and the only thing I have to say is Thank you Jessica! She’s the best!! She helped me with all my questions and explain to me everything, I’m not a native English speaker so, it’s hard for me to understand some words. She was so patient and nice, she helped me to find the best and fastest delivery option for my phone. When you go there, ask for Jessica!

professional, if she couldn’t answer my questions she would get answers in less than three minutes. When Matt came out to help it was obvious where Amber was getting her answers.
Both were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

After driving over 2 hrs to the only Apple Store in my state, and the Apple agent doing everything he could to NOT HELP ME!! I decided to go the AT&T store about 45 minutes from my home it was the best decision ever…. I was greeted when I arrived with a warm hello and welcome, I didn’t have to wait by maybe 5 minutes for my wonderful sales agent, he didn’t just treat me like some old customer, he treated me like a person that he genuinely wanted to help!! That really ment a lot to me❤ It’s really hard to find people in customer service that genuinely cares about people and their job!! If you are in the meridian Ms area the store on Hwy 39 North is the store for you❤.. he introduced himself but me being absent minded I got it🤣

I had wonderful experience. Noah Greer was very informative and had a lot of patience. Kevin Ward and Noah Greer were very friendly. All the staff seem very helpful. The manager came over and greeted the customers. I highly recommend them and this retailer. Noah showed me how to use the phone. Excellent service.

Jonah went above and beyond to assist us! He was very knowledgeable about his job and was able to take care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend him and his store to others.

Decided to switch phone companies and stopped by this AT&T and a gentleman (can't remembering his name, but maybe older?) Was super nice and fast. We started a new account and setup 2 phones and a watch and was out of the store in an hour. We were expecting to be there a lot longer with the experiences we've had in the past at other phone places. Love our new Galaxy S10+!!! Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service. Staff goes out of their way to solve any issues. The Manager, Kevin Ward, helped us out while training a new employee. Our situation was complicated and Kevin was able to correct mistakes created by another store in another state. He spent a great deal of time with us and even sent us out to run errands so that when we returned everything was done and ready to pick up. We came to the store with intentions of replacing our son's phone and walked out having replaced 2 phones and gained 2 iPads. And we feel great about the whole transaction. I seriously feel that is we had walked into any other location we would have walked out frustrated. Thank you to Kevin and your whole staff!!

Att in store customer service were really fast in servicing me. They took the time to listen to my problem and were able to help get it resolve with the different options offered.
