Mark is excellent. He was patient, funny, very smart about the phones and made our experience easy. Bought three phones and got the upgrades. Mark is a perfect sales person! He really knows Verizon inside and out! 10 stars if I can give that many..Thanks Mark, we will see you again.

Mark was great he made sure I understood everything that was going to he on my 1st bill and also went over all my options with me made sure I got all my discounts

Mark was very professional. I walked in 4:58 and the store was closing at 5:00 pm. He stayed 90 minutes to help me purchase a new Samsung phone!! He made an overwhelming process go smoothly. I had been putting off going in. I also was able to purchase a new tablet and a watch!! Thank you Mark. This Verizon store is the best!!!!

My phone suddenly died on me and I needed to seek Verizon's help. I stopped at this store and was very pleased with the level of service. Germar helped me with, first looking for a solution for my old phone, and then helped me with finding a new phone (there was no other choice). He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. He didn't pressure me, in fact I felt like I belonged there. I've been to other Verizon stores, and have had a good experience, but this was by far the best. Thank you!
