I have never met such friendly pharmacists and staff in a pharmacy. There was a problem with my prescription, and (instead of tossing or shoving the prescription back to me) as all the pharmacies as the ones in Massachusetts and the others in NY... Except you). Thank you for being so kind and you explained things nicely. Thank you for explaining the issue. When we are in the area, I'll come back to you. Your staff is so friendly also. You were so refreshing to me. I the rules now. Please tell your staff they are awesome!!! Thank you again!!!

I am not sure of the pharmacists name, but she was absolutely amazing.

Kinney Drugs in Richfield Springs has some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet, the Pharmacy's staff knows my family by heart and always greets us when they see us.

The only issue I have with Kinney's is the prices of non-drug items, some items are pretty pricey and you can find them cheaper at other places in town.

But all in all, this place is great.

Thankful for the pharmacy at Kinnys,they have helped me so much with finding me the best prices on my prescription. Friendly staff!!

A nice change as far as drug stores gotoys drugs shave stuff small apliances all kinds of things. Go in and walk around you will find something to buy for sure
