Rite Aid

This is by far the best Rite Aid in the entire county of Erie! The staff is so friendly and they will help you get whatever you need! The pharmacists will always lead you in the right direction!

Buffalo Road location in Erie is always friendly and clean. Pharmacy staff is very hepful !

Pharmacy technician is extremely kind and considerate, pharmacist is professional and easy to speak with, store is very clean and uncluttered, counter/floor staff are quick to assist, and I found some outstanding values for some needed items at prices far better than I could from (literally) anywhere else in the city (this really surprised me!). I've been to all of the pharmacies in this area and have been most pleased with this Rite Aid.

Pharmacist and employees are always willing to help!!! I have never had a problem that wasn't attended to immediately. Sorry but sometimes computers do some crazy things. I love this location and when I was down and out due to a neck surgery, they did deliver when my husband was unable to pick up.

Frequent user of the pharmacy. Exceptionally knowledgeable pharmacist Rob Szymanski. Very friendly and helpful. Genuinely interested in dealing with and solving customer's questions. Stays aware of the customers medications and watches for any interactions that may occur.
The assistants are attentive and helpful as well. The take the time to get to know you and remember your family and you situation. Tina is excellent. I would never think about going anywhere else for my prescriptions.

They make it a point not only to be nice and very helpful but to KNOW WHO you are! They always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy! I take a special needs girl to pick up her scrip and they take their time with her while she tells them her address and phone number. She loves going to see her FRIENDS at Rite Aid!
I keep getting flyers to start getting my pills thru the mail...cheaper and easier ..I said NO WAY as long as the pharmacy TEAM stays the same at my Rite Aid.

The employees are always friendly, they get to know you personally so when you walk in they will say Hi Karen or whoever comes in. I have been to other Rite Aid pharmacy's but none compare to the Buffalo Rd Staff.

Rite Aid staff, Justin and Julie, prepared my medications promptly and courteously! Highly recommend!

Cool place, went to get a drive through covid test, the thing I put in my nose didn't fit in the cup, so while struggling to put the cap on it fell under the car seat and the guy watched me and my mom fumble around the car looking for it. Found it, and gave it to the guy. Said he'd get back to us in 2-7 days.

The best Rite Aid location in the Erie area, staff is very friendly and helpful and the pharmacist are very friendly and help with any questions.
