I FOUND MY FAVORITE FLOWERS OF ALL TIME!! Here the other day. They are named Stock Flowers, only a few dollars! They smell DEVINE!!! These are fully fragrant, with cinnamon and (almost) Hydrangea-ish scents. Home Depot has evvvvverything and a fantastic Garden Center too! I've never met a Home Depot Employee I didn't like : )

Went to this home depot that is farther from my house in Moreno Valley because they had the item that I needed. I ordered the bathtub online and picked up at the customer service counter. The pick up experience was quick and easy. I had no cart and the cashier asked the customer rep in plumbing Lucas to assist me in bringing the item to the front of the store. Lucas was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I inspected the item to make sure that there was no damage. After inspecting the item He then assisted me in loading the item to my truck and He never complained once and had a smile from beginning to end. Its nice to see that customer service still exist and that team members like Lucas make sure it doesn't fall by the wayside.

Well-ran Home Depot location. The shelves are usually packed, even through the pandemic, and they always have seasonal items and sales. Best place to buy BBQs, supplies, etc.. We have bought the following from this location for years: wood and lumber, lawn care supplies, sprinkler supplies, plumbing, pool chemicals and supplies, holiday decorations, tools of all kinds, and even tool rentals. They also always carry amazing Halloween decorations every year, which is awesome! Don't know the manager, but if I did I'd say 'great job'! And Keep it rocking! 🤘😼🤘

A nice home depot for sure great selection usually everything is in stock .The have a great Carhartt selection. Staff some what friendly better just trying to find stuff on your own use the app when you are in the store it will tell you were everything is if you need help . I found items on my list pretty easily. I did have to ask a couple of orange vested helpers to find 2 of the items. It was a nice experience 😊

My literal happy place. Indoor plants are my medicine but this place is always so welcoming. Staff is awesome and always really sweet to my kids.

This is probably the best staffed and stocked Home Depot's ever. The helpers were wonderful and prices great considering everything. Bought the messy great stuff. Always wear protection. You know! It helps prevent accident.

For the capacity of people that come through there. The employees are very professional helpful and nice. When you need help finding things. You don't have to look far for an employee. Because they always close around when you need them.

Very helpful staff. A lady by the name of "Rosie" was great! She helped me track down the exact pieces I needed for a plumbing project. Highly recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Had a great experience at this home depot especially on black Friday all staff was welcoming and friendly. Matt helped us look for a sink faucet, but was unavailable, so he was able to price mach a similar one. We really appreciated that. He really did do a great job and went above and beyond as he did not just say, we don't have it or act like he was going to check and not come back, he made sure we got something we wanted and was very patient with us. Again we totally appreciate this and the hospitality we were given. Good work deserves good recognition.

This Home Depot in Banning Ca. was awesome. Customer service was top notch. I received help right away, and the associates were friendly and efficient. Best customer service ever. I visited the tool rental area, I had wood cut in lumber, (by a very handsome and well dressed genteman) and the cashier was great. Five STARS for customer service.

Sef at prodesk and Reggie in paint always make me feel welcome. They are always in a rush to help and make sure I leave a satisfied customer. Thank you guys for making home depot a pleasurable experience to shop. You guys are the best!

I have never written a review. The service by the customer service associate Ace over the past week was exemplary. I created a nuisance for her by constantly reducing my order because of my own miscalculation. She was always (four interactions) understanding patient and helpful.
She has a great personality and she is personable and accommodating to each of the customers I saw her interact with.
She will do well in whatever career path she chooses, if HD is wise they will promote her and do what it takes to retain her. I have no doubt she will continue to be a strong asset to your company.

I've always had positive interactions at this store with the employees, particularly those that work in customer service/returns.

Today I had an issue with an appliance delivery. This is the second time I've ordered something and had issues with the THIRD PARTY delivery crew.

Tony listened to me explain my situation and experience. I was absolutely livid over how dismissive and dishonest the delivery people were with me. When dispatch called my husband they reported the arrival and call times incorrectly. Tony helped me cancel my order right away and apologized for the negative experience.

I will continue shopping here although I will not be ordering anything in the near future for delivery until Home Depot (corporate) figures out how to resolve these delivery issues that are gradually becoming common.

Rented a flat bed truck to move a three piece sectional couch from Beaumont to hemet, the truck was very nice, strong and easy to drive and very comfortable. I forgot to fill it back up and I had to cover it with an extra $40 bucks otherwise it wold have been only $60 or so. I’ll be using this truck again when the day comes. The guys running the rental department were super cool too. Thanks for great service
