Ive always LOVED ROSS it has saved me many of times, I have so many friends & family that all have birthdays in a 3 month time frame.
And if it wasn't for ROSS I couldn't afford to buy everyone gifts, so I am blessed that they are open the hours they are too.

Very clean and organized. I heard they stalk every day so I love that there is always something new in the store not just the same stuff. I noticed they get a lot of name brand stuff like Nike, Jordans, ECT. Even in make up they have good brands.and they mark down every week.

Ross location is clean, friendly staff, has a fast turn over of inventory, usually not overcrowded. This Ross dress for Less does not have wifi for the public.

Discount Tuesday always a winner in my book. Bought 4 items less than 60 bucks, cashier was friendly and polite, older woman great with customer service.

I love coming to this Ross cuz it's close to home. Always find great deals in the store is clean and the employees are nice. As all retails, the shelves are not as full as they used to be but I have a tendency of still finding what I need. I'd recommend this. Ross!

Ross is my store they have great deals there and I like I love going there shopping on Tuesdays that you have a 30% discount to the elderly and thank you and have a very blessed day

This is one of the best Ross stores I have been to! Everything was organized, easy to find and the store was well stocked. The interior and restroom are clean. One is greeted upon entering and the staff are courteous and helpful; more importantly, when you do have a question, the staff can be found! On Tuesdays there is a Senior discount of 10%on everything in the store.

Great place for good clothes at affordable prices and other items as well. I personally love the mens isle for those grooming kits and shampoos. While checking out their are snacks I’ve never seen before which taste great.

I have never in my life been treated so awfully just trying to return some items. This was the third time these mean women had me on the verge of bawling my eyes out. The clerk even had the nerve to tell me to only return things in the morning hours because they are too busy to help me in the afternoon, they acted like I had committed a crime or something. And what's worse is these are the women at the " RETURN DESK". AND IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.

I love this Ross location. I would say terrible things about it so that no one else would come in and take advantage of all the deals but that would be wrong on so many levels... Especially since I can't buy it all! Other than at really hectic times, the store is always very well maintained. I like grabbing my coffee and shopping here.

This is the first Ross store that had more than 2 cashiers working at a time! I was in such shock and amazement! Best Ross experience ever, because I didn't have to wait in line for 45 min to checkout.

Very nice and clean and the lady who worked in where the women go try their clothes on her personality was fantastic they need to take her out of there and put her at the front door for a greeter she was fabulous

They are actually open to shop inside Ross now...I give it 5 stars for the sweet DC shoes I found for 25$...
The shopping ladies are on the prowl here like sharks! The scent of blood is in the water at Ross and they sharks are out in force snapping up all the shiny colorful clothing at ridiculously low prices
Just beware the insanely long lines and make sure to observe the taped arrows on the floor directing you which way the flow goes in the ocean of great deals

My favorite shopping center love the clothes and selection. My only concern is how the staff and security handle bad customers there was a incident recently when I was shopping it was not handled very professionally. Should have called for police assistance customers left and the rowdy customer left before authorities came. Not good for business.

I come to this Ross several times a week and am always satisfied by their service and selection. The staff are always friendly and eager to help and the store typically remains clean and organized. The prices are always unbeatable!
