NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just put 5 stars so this could be seen. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online to pick up at the store. When I got to the store they tell me that one of the shoes got cancelled. The reason they were cancelled is because someone in the store brought them before I placed my order. If that was the case the order shouldn’t have went through. I feel that they lied to me and gave my shoes away knowing that it was already paid for. Then they tell me that I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my funds back on my card when it took them 5 seconds to take the funds. It’s around the holidays and people work hard for their money. It’s a big inconvenience that could have been avoided. You need better help and a better system!

The clothes are nice but typical with black employees, and I am black myself, the customer service is horrible. Self hate. A black man hears another black man’s voice and met with immediate aggression and disrespect. I ask the man if they carried air max and shredded jeans and he acted like he was asked to create an equation for black matter or quantum physics. He couldn’t even go look and told me that I need to look myself because he will not assist. If I was white he would’ve done a jigaboo dance and shuffle for me. Went in looking for shoes for my nephew's birthday. The staff was very professional and each employee individual greeted my sister and I. The young man that helped me was very helpful and attentive. I picked shoes that were $100 and they ended up being on sale for $88 after tax which was just an added bonus to the pleasant visit. Thanks guys 😁

very dope urban clothing store. great selection of Jordans/Nike, adidas, Hustle Gang, Dope, and several other hot brands. cool hats too, they even had Biggie/Pac socks, with their faces on them! lmao and weed leaf socks, funny sh!*. Some is pricey but they even got a good bit of tight gear on clearance and if I hit like them on Facebook then they gave me 50% off any clearance item, only one though. badass store though.
