Wow. What can I say? My daughter made the mistake of straying from Cricket and going to T-Mobile. An hour later, she knew she wanted to go back. Then for several days, and several phone calls trips to town (also a trip to the T-Mobile store in Fulton), T-Mobile finally let her go.
But then, we worked with David at Cricket. What a breath of fresh air...so helpful and professional. She will never stray again.
