AT&T Store

The service from Ronnie was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I am a new AT&T customer, so I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the experience was and how nice it was to have chairs to sit in while conducting business there at the Eagle River store. Brison Levale. This young man is the best AT&T employee I have ever worked with. He met me at the door and helped me through activating a replacement phone for one I just lost. AT&T was my last stop in a string of extremely frustrating events trying to find and then replace my phone. I was very angry when I got there but smiling and laughing when I left. If you have customer service awards Brison Levale should get the biggest one.

Guys were great! They also had to tolerate a very awful, disgruntled woman and handled her flawlessly. Our requests were handled swiftly and without incident. They also provided comedic relief. 10/10 would recommend this store!

I love this store. They are always quick to help and give me honest service. Today they even jump started my car (thank you Gavin and Violet!) with cheer despite the cold. I always come here first for my phone needs! Also, today Vivian was super helpful and kind!

My wife and I went to the Eagle River AT&T store and Vivian was there to assist us. She is amazing! Helped us every step of the way with our purchase of two new phones and two new watches. My sales associate at the eagle river store Julie was amazing, She helped me set up all my devices and worked really hard to get my number ported over. I will definitely come back to her with all my business, she was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.

I am not a technology person by any means, and getting a new phone gives me anxiety. I had a guy named Waylon helping me, who was very professional and pleasant to work with. He made sure everything was done correctly, transferred over correctly, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The whole process was done in less than 40 minutes. I would definitely go back and use Eagle River AT&T again, and request Waylon’s help.

A young gal Julie helped me out a bit ago and I just wanted to say she was very helpful, patient, and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants amazing costumer service.

ATT Store is great. Locally owned and operated but sporting a national brand, they provide good service at a good price. They even stop by their clients in person to do quality checks.
But the reason I give them 5 stars is that they participate and involve the local community. Because they represent many local businesses, they know where just about any local business is, and they make recommendations to their large client base for various needs. They even recommended my business as an alternative for more distant/expensive similar services. This was before I was their client. They give honest local recommendations to the locals, and that's the kind of business integrity Eagle River needs.

We worked at this store awhile back and worked with Michael. Can’t thank him enough for helping with all our business needs and questions. Will be going to him as our primary rep now! Continue taking care of Merlin! 🐈‍⬛ Our whole team thinks he’s adorable by the way!

Such great service, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with most stores but this store was nothing like any at&t establishment I’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely amazing and I was helped right away, Michael was friendly, engaging, and helped me fix my problems right away, he was even able to get me my own pair of AirPod pros that I’ve wanted forever with the ability of installments! This store is truly a wonderful place to be.
