AT&T Store

Jason, Andrew & Aaron were amazing to work with. Quick, friendly service and the best upgrade experience and full explanation of what was changing on my bill that I have ever had. The new store is very clean. I will be returning.

Yesterday I visited this AT&T store due to a phone issue & new phone upgrade. I received excellent customer service from Tyrese. I appreciate his expertise and assistance to resolve the situation. Thanks Tyrese, you ROCK!

Went in to upgrade my phone, and the new store was awesome! Jason and Aaron helped me pick out a new 15 pro max! It came like 2 days later via ups! Went back and transferred my data for me! Great experience 5/5

I was having trouble transferring and setting up my new iPhone. The manager was fantastic with not only me, but the other customers in the store. I had previously went to a different store and the employees said they could not help me and didn't even try, but he offered me many different solutions and I left with no complaints! 10/10

Aaron did a great job. He was extremely helpful. He was not pushy but did help us get everything we needed. I highly recommend stopping at AT&T on Missouri Blvd.

Went in to change from my old provider. Jason made the entire experience better than I have had at any cell phone store. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the change so much easier than I had expected. Highly recommend going in and taking advantage of the VIP treatment that Jason seems to give to anyone that enters the store!

Nothing to improve on. Service was great. Outside of the wait which is understandable with only one worker in the store at the time (other was on vacation) Jason was very well with communication on the wait while assisting other customers. Once it's was time to work with him he was very professional, explained things well even helped me with reaching out to straightalk customer service for my port in. Store was very clean and organized. Over all 10/10 recommend. Give that man a raise!!!

Jason went above and beyond helping me get my new phone. When other stores in the area and the call centers all just wasted my time, Jason was the only one who could actually get me results. I sincerely appreciate all the time and energy he put into his customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANY OTHER AT&T IN THE AREA! Jason should be your go to guy!!!

Jason did me a solid! I went to multiple AT&T stores in Columbia to get a replacement screen protector only to be told they were out of them. Jason hooked me up with a great deal! I know where I’m shopping for phones from now on!

Brought in the S4 after getting it early in the mail. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Helped me transfer all my numbers from my Verizon phone to my new S4. Nice atmosphere in the store. Never got that quality of treatment with my 3+ years as a Verizon customer. They always tried to charge me for coming in and getting help.

Great people. Great atmosphere. Not stressful like Verizon.

Jason went above and beyond to help us today. It took a lot longer than expected due to us having issues porting a number over from another carrier. Jason kept apologizing and when we finally got the number ported we were done in no time!

Great experience! Jeremiah was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with creating different plan options for us to price compare and find what suited our budget. We've gone to different corporate stores in the area before and haven't been impressed with service. We always have excellent service at this particular location. Huge thank you to Jeremiah for making upgrading and adding devices as quick and painless as possible!
