Gordon Food Service Store

I work in a restaurant and the folks at GFS take such good care of us! They're always so upbeat and pleasant, they remember our orders, and have been helpful in recommending products in the past. They almost always have what we need in stock and there's a great variety of quality items to choose from. When i think of great customer service, i honestly look to the example that they set.

Love all the vegan choices!! Only one near me with jackfruit. Employees friendly and helpful!!

The store is really clean on 117 th workers are very nice they have reasonable prices . I have been going to Gordons now since2014.

GFS always have a great quality and selection of food and then some. Store is always organized, clean, and customer service is Awesome!!!!!

Many "Bar and Restaurant Owners" can often be found in here... They not only sell "Bulk Items", but, also pots and pans and all sizes of aluminum "buffet trays"(the "throw away" kind) + all manner of kitchen knives and whisks, etc.; Sterno fuel; "Institutional sized" cans of fruit/ vegetables and soups and LARGE bottles of BBQ-Sauce; etc. They sell all kinds of "Happy Hour Snacks". (Frozen)... It's normally nice and clean, as well; with very friendly and helpful staff!

Absolutely love this place!! Always clean most of the time stocked even during this ongoing pandemic and really helpful staff. A 50lbs bag of high quality unbleached non bromiated flour $30 break it down into freezer bags and you are good to go for a while. You gotta give thus place a try.

Clean nice everything by bulk nice economy quality stuff...even rhe bathroom was clean I mean nice clean..

stopped here for stuff for the 4th of july. they had a bigger selection of stuff that the stores near me didnt have or dont carry. the location is a bit further from my house but well worth the trip. we paid $55 for a nearly 13# brisket. best price ive found.

Always clean and well stocked. Excellent staff. Great place to find good quality items that are either not stocked any where else or are out of stock in regular stores.

I love going there shopping for special occasions and I found what I was looking for. My son had been in and out all week. You can find anything you're looking for there. Don't just take my word, go see for yourself. You won't be sorry

I love GFS. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the store is always very clean and orderly. Items are easy to locate and the prices are great! Parking is great too. I'm so glad they open this location on W. 117 which is much closer then the one I was originally shopping at on Brook Park road. Keep up the good work GFS!

I don't usually give this many stars, However this is a one of a kind store very well run, floors are clean, fully stocked albeit commercial sizes food preparation and supplies, never had a problem.

Staff is friendly and is customer driven and in my opinion I will definitely shopping here again.

There are some really great items that we get here. Especially the homestyle ground beef patties. Always good deals on snacks for the kids lunches as well as lunch meat. The staff us always friendly and helpful. The only down side is that anything you buy in a smaller quantity/volume is usually over priced.

I always find more than what I am going for. Its a great place to shop and you dont have to look too long for what you need. Staff there are amazing kind, friendly and helpful
