AT&T Store

I was in the store the previous day and needed to unfreeze my credit to continue with a subscription to DirectTV, landlines and Internet service. Mariah was helping me on both occasions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was easy and everything was accomplished. Kudos to Mariah for assisting me and helping another customer who came in as she waited for some of my equipment to update. Best AT&T store in Athens GA area.

Top notch service! Lucas is truly a gem. He understood completely my disinterest in knowing the ins and outs of all things phone related and INSTANTLY guided me to what I wanted and needed. No extra fluff. No attempt to upsell. Just good, solid guidance combined with thorough and complete care. I walked out with a better plan, a new, unflashy iPhone with ALL of my data transferred for me, a charger, cable, screen guard and simple phone case. Exactly and precisely what I asked for!

We have been dealing with AT&T customer service for the past week for an upgrade and delivery that we expected Wednesday. Today we were on the phone for over an hour to only be told that the order needed to be cancelled because of systemic error on AT&T part and because of our trouble they would give us a $50 credit which I was not satisfied with. Needless to say we are now at AT&T on Alps bridge and they are not only setting up my wife’s phone for her, converting her number over from another carrier, and saving us monthly payments. And this is a 3rd party AT&T store that gives better customer service then AT&T customer service team so thank you to colonial promenade on Alps Rd.

It was Great. The Guy helped me out tremendously! Even after dealing with a VERY RUDE customer. Who he dealt with exceptionally well, considering how out of line the customer was being. Overall Great Service!

I stopped by this location this morning because I needed help pairing my Apple Watch with my iPhone. I’m sure it’s a simple process, but I couldn’t seem to do it. The young man at the store, Matt, was absolutely AMAZING. He was so much fun. He was smart, engaging, and kind. He updated my watch and had me paired up and took care of my account questions in no time. I had been putting off going in to the store because it’s not always the most pleasant thing to do- but Matt knocked it out of the park. It’s nice to have someone take the time like he did to make sure everything was setup and working correctly. I’m a travel healthcare worker and I depend on my technology a great deal…I appreciate the effort and the help I got…when I’m home I’ll make this my go-to AT&T store when I need anything.

Miriah also stepped in to help me with the final steps in transferring and setting up my new iPhone 14.

I am writing a review specifically for Mariah. She was great. I was having a problem with data on my phone. I went to another ATT store before that and even called tech support. No one could figure it out, but Mariah did in less than 5 minutes. She was knowledgable, professional and courteous.

I dread doing anything phone plan related, but was assisted by Matt and had the best experience. He greeted my right away and asked what he could help me with. I told him I was upgrading my iPhone, and he immediately opened the safe so I could look at my options. He even let me look at his iPhone for a size comparison to my old one, and let me put it in my pocket to test it out (due to the demo phones having security stuff on them that prevents them from fitting in a pocket). He was very patient, answered all of my questions, advised me on which model iPhone made the most sense for me, and best of all, laid all the information out so that there would be no surprises. The process went quickly and easily. I returned to the store two weeks later to return my old phone, and was assisted by Matt once again. He remembered who I was, and helped me get my trade in squared away and completed. If Matt helps you, you will have a wonderful experience, and a very attentive employee. A 10/10 experience. I will be recommending this AT&T store, as well as Matt, to others!

My mom needed a new phone so we stopped by and we're greeted by Miriah and Jeremy. They got her a new phone, then dad wanted a phone so they added a line and got him a phone too. I could see how thorough and knowledgeable Miriah was, so I got a new phone too. I dread any phone changes, but Miriah and Jeremy eased my fears. A great team!! My Dad, who sincerely hates going into AT&T stores, had an excellent experience with Miriah! He said that she was very helpful, kind and courteous. Miriah walked him through the process of upgrading his and my Mom’s phones with the utmost patience and understanding. Miriah, my Dad says thank you so much for your customer service! This is the only AT&T store that he will deal with from now on!

I want to say I was having a stressful day but one of your employers at the alps location in athens Georgia named Aiden make me feel so at ease he really was helpful he made it his business to make sure I left that story happy and satisfied that’s what customer service is all about I know he is already a great store manager but he needs a raise and a promotion!! Did I also mention he was the only employee in the store and the store was packed with people and he was so nice, respectful and helpful he multi task and got everybody satisfied and out of the store within under 20 minutes! I think he is such a awesome person if I could give him 1,000

Not sure the young man's name, but he was very knowledgeable, very courteous and hospitable, and very down-to-earth. He did not make me feel like the next task at hand, nor did he make me feel as if I didn't know anything (which, when it comes to telecommunications, I don't). I fully intend to go back for further consideration.
