Aaron was a great help. He set us up with 2 new phones and got us free tablets to boot! He switched over all our info from our old phones to our new phones and even set up our new tablets so we could use them right away! All the while helping other people while waiting for our stuff to download. He was the only person in the store. Great customer service. Won't go to another store!

My wife and I went to the T-Mobile store at 3527 Stetson on 1/1/24 to upgrade our iphones and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Aaron and his staff searched out our best possible deals. They also walked us through the use of our new iphone 13's. and our ipads. I had THE BEST experience at the Stetson Ave location in Hemet. I came in 10 minutes before closing with a couple questions about their phone plans, and Sean was kind enough to stay long enough to set me and my partner up with new phones and internet. Sean really went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and taking time to find us the best prices and deals. I really appreciated his honesty and product knowledge! I was nervous switching providers, but after this experience I definitely won't be looking back at Verizon any time soon. Thank you so much Sean! <3

The store was great. The nice lady that helped my mother and I was real nice. She answered all questions and even made of comfortable by bringing us chairs. The other staff members were good as well. But the young lady , and her service was excellent.

I had the best experience here recently at this hemet T-Mobile store. The mgr Jyrome was very professional, kind, patient and very understanding of my lack of technical ability at my young age of 60. He was very thorough yet quick. No problems at All! Highly recommend Jyrome and his team.

These guys are awesome! We switched over almost a year ago and no matter what they always find a way to work with our situation! I absolutely love this sprint store and they're team, definitely worth switching over too!!

I went in because sprint said I needed to purchase a new SIM card and Anastasio helped us out even tho it took 1 hour to get it done he was diligent and a pleasure to work with. The length of time was not because of him, but because there was an issue that Sprint needed to get sorted in order to get the phone working properly. Thanks for helping us out!

My wife and I came in to T-Mobile with many questions. Yes we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Dereck are sales person answered all the questions that we had. He was very helpful and patient with us. We were very impressed with the Internet gateway system that they had. It works great. Dereck even helped us set up are Bluetooth to are car stereo system. So thank you again Dereck for your help you were great.

I can't remember the guys names there, one was a manager. Both worked with me and helped me out big time. GREAT customer service. They found solutions to my issue I wasn't able to get dealing with Sprint's terrible phone support. So my advice to anyone reading this, don't call sprint, go down to the store and talk to some real people. These dudes were great!
