Starbucks

Not sure why all the other reviews are so whiny because a) it’s a gas station Starbucks b) we had a great experience. Drinks came out fast. They managed to make the Honey Citrus Mint tea one of the best I’ve had where most other locations really mess that one up. Friendly and good service.

I stopped at this location for a coffee and was very pleased with the service. The girls and guys behind the counter need a little work on their social skills and friendliness, however one girl, Tori, went above and beyond to accommodate me. Everyone needs to acquire her attitude and work ethic.

Got my drink and scones pretty quickly, and the drink was made correctly, so I was quite happy.

Went to the drive through really fast and amazing service

Everything was great except for the fact that it opens at 6am when the profile actually says 5:30am

they’re super slammed and def deprioritize mobile orders, so plan accordingly!

Long wait

Workers behind counter are not hustling. Long line and they’re taking their time.

Only giving 2 stars bcs the girl couldn't get my drink right!! I ordered a tall, Espresso Frapp, add Java Chips and Whipped Cream... she made a tall Espresso Frap... NO JAVA CHIPS AND NO WHIP!! So, the cashier asked her to remake it. The 2nd one was VERY WEAK... it didn't taste like she used the Espresso... she may have used the coffee SYRUP! And, she was VERY STINGY with the whipped cream... 🙄 She did apologize... I'll give her that... but, I don't know if I'd go there again! Maybe, if someone else was working back there, but I take my Espresso Frapp very SERIOUSLY! 🤨

They were not helpful, over priced, and slightly rude. Luckily my poor experience occurred at the register so I didn't waste any money here.

Came here to say this was the WORST Starbucks experience I have ever had. I can confirm that all of the other negative reviews are completely accurate. The staff here was incredibly rude and incompetent. The girl who made my drink made it completely wrong, had zero sense of urgency and was talking/cursing and joking with other staff the entire time instead of focusing on doing her job. She practically threw the drink at me after making it. I asked for a straw and she walked away ignoring my request. My husband walked over and kindly asked another staff member to remake the drink because it was wrong and he was nasty and told my husband he was not the one who made the drink and wasn’t going to remake it. Instead of remaking the drink he snatched the cup from my husband and threw in some oat milk. My husband asked him again to remake the drink and he turned to his coworkers and started making rude comments and they all started laughing. He then reluctantly made a new drink WHICH WAS ALSO WRONG! Whole experience was a complete mess. Entire staff was unprofessional and disgusting.

Yep, all the other reviews are correct. Rudest staff. This place is staffed by a bunch of students and you can tell. No customer service, and about 8 of them working at a time but all they do is stand around and gossip. I’m reporting my complaint about this location to the headquarters and hopefully everyone else will do the same.

I'm sorry Starbucks, but this location (rest stop at Wallkill NY) is doing you a disservice. I've never tried Starbucks in my life. Mostly because I'm not a big coffee drinker. Today, as I'm traveling by car I figured I'd see why folks get addicted to Starbucks. Much to my disappointment, the coffee was horrible!!! 🤮 Too strong and bitter, couldn't taste the flavor (French vanilla), they had no hazelnut until January, and it needed more sugar. When they added more milk, the coffee got cold and they did nothing about it. Also the bacon sausage and cheese wrap was bland and not good either. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like I won't ever return to Starbucks. I'll keep going to Dunkin Donuts now that I'm into coffee. Their coffee and sandwiches are yummy compared to what I just experienced.

Absolutely clueless here people at register cannot speak English people in the back, making food or confused and handing out orders to other people waited 15 minutes for a wrap and watch seven people behind me get served first.
