Shay's Carpet

We had another great experience with Shay's. Ordered carpet to be made into area rugs and it turned out really nice. Joe and Robin were very helpful and provided great service. We recommend them highly!

Great experience working with Shay’s and we will definitely use them again in the future! We were on a short timeline to have new carpet installed before moving into our new house. Shay’s was able to order and install our carpet within 2 weeks while all the other companies had given me a 6-8 week estimate.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!!

I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. The owner, Joe, continues to change his story and back out of promises.

They will take your money up front but refuse to stand behind their work.

I had several concerns immediately after my floor was installed. I was reassured that they would stand behind their product and workmanship if any issues were to arise. Sure enough my early concerns became a reality. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and have not had a response. Was told on the phone they would call me back but haven't yet. They worked really hard to get my money but aren't willing to even talk to me about my concerns now.

Their slogan is "We don't want all the business...just your business." Well they should change it to "We don't want to screw everyone...just you!"

So disappointed by a company I initially trusted and spoke highly about.
