Great experience buying a used saddle online from them. They held the saddle through the holidays before shipping it out and were very understanding when my horse lost a shoe half way through the trial. Would definitely buy from them again.

The staff at Oak Manor Saddlery were incredible to work with! As soon as I placed an order for a pair of tall boots, I got an email from Tracey, as she was concerned about the size that I ordered. She helped me determine the best size for me, based on the measurements I sent her. That same day, I got a call from them, apologizing that they didn't have the size that I ordered in a Tipperary Vest, but we figured out that the next size up would be just fine. They shipped the order that day, and even though we spent a couple of days after my order determining correct sizes for me, I still got my order within a week! Both the tall boots and the vest fit like a glove, thanks to their diligence and care for their customer! Thank you all so much, I can't wait to ride in my new attire!

We regularly shop here as the staff has excellent knowledge of the horse world. Frequent visit program gets you 15 percent off after fifth separate shopping trip. They special order too! Love their customer service.

My 12 year old daughter and I went in today for Hunter Jumper show gear. I was quite conscious of our budget with her growing body. The ladies at the saddlery went above and beyond for my best girl. They were so patient with us trying to find the perfect fits for each item and they were just wonderful. The amount of selection they house in such a small space us incredible. We can't wait to go back!

Just got off the phone with Kristie. Needed a pair of Ariat paddock boots, size 13. Not in stock at the store but she would check and get back to me as to availability and shipping time. Less than 5 mins later, phone rings, they have them in stock and can be here in less than 2 weeks. And I might add that the price was outstanding. Thanks Kristie!!

Good selection of everything from show jumping, to dressage and hunting, located right next to the show grounds and track.

The store is small in size but large in friendliness, helpfulness and customer service. I found everything I needed to start riding again. Great selection and consignment options, too.
