Just made a quick late-night run to get a Slurpy. All I can say is that until last night I'd never before had an over-frozen Slurpy. It took an hour to be able to drink it. Why not fewer stars? Because the cashier was wearing a PINK SUIT, the jacket of which was covered by half-a-dozen brooches. Oh, and the rings. All the rings.

#3 come on , slot machines inside ? More people than MGM casino. In winter that store is impossible to walk.

Just while ago l came to this store l brought some soda ,drinks, water & 2 packs of Marlboro light 10:00 Am in the morning . The customer service is so bad , there is a black girl work, she is so disrespectful ,rude , with the lots of bad attitudes,,,,, that’s really crazy ,,

Young lady started a GIANT drama at 8:30 am- she wanted to call me out for buying wine in the morning which was for a dinner party later tonight- I go to businesses to buy things, not to hear your opinions ma’am. Will never return

04/18/2023, 7:15am I walked to the store like any day when I was in the counter there 2 afroamerican folks stepped to close to me! They took a photo of my phone number and I notated it, I was trying to give the clerk a sign about those people! And he forced me to put the pin of my card! The afroamericans folks saw it ! When I told them the issue the lady stepped and she said that they can’t interfere in that! This people don’t have a minimum respect or protection for their customers! Please don’t go here! Go to the gas station across the street

If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked for 20.00 cash back on my card. I was busy fumbling with calls and such, he gave me my drink and Marlboro lights without receipt or bag. I left store & realized 5 min later I didn’t get my 20.00 and without receipt they will not give it to me. They don’t even answer the number listed. Guess he needed it more than I did. Just a shame. I thought I may go to my bank and tell them what happened. Perhaps they will get it back.

Since visiting this convenient store, I have consistently ensured substandard service. Unfortunately, the name of the store manager I do not recall. In addition, the manager tenaciously does not express or allocate the dignity a being deserves. To abate this statement, the unidentified manager quotes discourteous statements and harassments to its entities. In conclusion, Seven Eleven must ameliorate their customer service, pertaining to the treatment of their respective customers.

No Arizona teas anywhere, prices are higher than other 7 elevens . A third of the staff didn’t know any English and the cashier was too busy yelling at someone to even pay attention during checkout.

Yesterday’s experience was unacceptable I’ve waited in to buy two things the first cashier ignored me but he ringed up another customer in front of me then he continued to ignore me the other cashier snatched my money and id please tell your cashiers at this location that racial profiling is unacceptable

This 711 does not practice social distancing whatsoever there was a guy reaching over into the hotdogs from the outside of the line pointing at the food that he wanted literally 3 inches away from the food it’s always this way when I go in the store

Uh the people that work the are vary rude and not so nice and so many people asking for money when I go there
