Javonte (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He even helped another customer who had a family emergency and needed to switch phones at the last minute. Javonte has exceptional customer service. He knows a-lot about AT&T promotions and plans. He got me a affordable plan with one of the newest iPhones. I recommend you ask for Javonte when visiting this store! Alexis is very knowledgeable as well and very sweet!

What a refreshing place to do business! Can’t say enough positive things about Leah who greets everyone with friendly hello and smile, ( I am assuming a smile, since we all are wearing masks). Not only does she have great communication skills, but she is very knowledgeable in the tasks at hand. I truly recommend this very neat and well organized place for anyone in need of their services.

The lady that helped get my mobile service at the AT&T store was SOOOOOOO VERY AWESOME! Very wholesome; customer oriented & personable and overall delivered the one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Sum it up we need one of her everywhere wrapped with a pretty bow because she is a present to whomever needs the service she provides Thank you!

There isn't any other at&t store I would rather go to, they are very helpful and excellent at what they do!

Leah is the best person to work with hands down at this store. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help her customers. She knows what she is doing . She has great customer skills and she has saved me $$$ I will definitely be coming back .

I upgraded my iPhone 7 to an iPhone 13. Hunter, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He processed my order in a timely manner. Overall an excellent experience.

I needed the glass on my new phone's camera fixed. The ladies working there explained what I needed to do, and also helped me find accessories on sale. LaShondra (sp?), and the other gal, were very kind and really knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of me, I'll be back! ☆☆☆☆☆

We were in here this past Sunday. The employees at this location are super helpful and super fun. They provided a great experience for myself husband and even my daughter. They were awesome. They walked us through adding a line and purchasing accessories. They installed our screen savers perfect. Will continue to go to this location.

If you don't want to drive to the Southside AT&T, go check out The Northside they have great customer service. Ask for Leah, LaTondra, Javante or Denise they will get you right. Leah help me with my Note 10 and I wanted a watch so she recommended me a Samsung galaxy active 2. You want be disappointed.

We went to this store when it first opened. Although we didn’t make a huge purchase, the sales representatives were patient, helpful and funny. I will definitely return to this store due to their excellent customer service.
