Giant Food

Nice store. Clean. A bit different layout than I am used to as no giants I'm my home range. I will be back next time through. They have good prices and some good flavor coffees I hadn't seen at my stores. Bakery had a good selection too of things made In store.

Nice and clean store. There were plenty of motorized carts available, which was truly awesome.

Jeffery, the manager Neera Singh, and also Bradley conducted themselves with exceptional customer service! Especially Jeffery upon even stepping inside the building. I will be doing the survey on my receipt because of him. I can tell he is a great person also outside of of his work as he plays for a basketball league that plays for kids with special needs. Mrs. Neera also when I went and told her of our conversation she was the one who recommended I do the survey. I will definitely do so, A1 experience every time and it is appreciated! Keep up the excellent work!

Great Gluten-Free selection for my fiancé and loads of fresh food. Great place to grocery shop! Go try it out!

Wanted to say thank you again for the woman that made the two cannoli for me the morning. I looked on the bakery/desert counter, didn't see any, asked at the counter, and she said did I have a few minutes and she would make some for me. She was very quick and I was out of there in no time. Again, thank you for the extra effort.

Great water sellection,fried chicken is the hidden gem of the place,it's by the deli,really good, The Starbucks inside is always fast,plus it's always a cool 67 degree's in here,nice in the crazy hot summer Dayz,good store

They have everything you need, great sales plus points towards gas prices. Nice place to one stop shop.

Always clean ( currently the shelves are bare- power out/snow 14"- & tonight another 4"). Overall I like it the employees are very nice & honest. A few weeks back while checking out @ the self checkouts, I accidentally dropped a $20. Bill I wouldn't have realized to that night but John an employee there picked it up & came after me to return the $20. So Giant has my vote

Love my Giant Food stores! Clean and normally well stocked. Prices are a bit higher but not outrageous for the quality of products. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service cant be beat either!

Fully stocked on all items and a great selection of fruits and vegetables. 5 stars for that but coming from a Walmart shopper, prices are on the higher side. Buying in bulk from Walmart is just about the same thing as buying less of the same product. Not sure how that works.

Good grocery store you can found everything what you need.

Really like this Giant. Store is big, bright, well stocked and well organized. Good meat, good seafood. They will old bay steam your shrimp or crab while you wait.

I love Giant,when they have sales you get good deals.They carry stuff you can't find anywhere else

Surprisingly this Giants was clean, orderly with fresh vegs and was lacking for nothing, even though there were plenty of signs stating the opposite. Don't get me wrong, I didn't go through every isle, but the ones I perused through and or walked by appeared fully stacked this day. A stark contrast to every single Walmart I've been to lately on any given day.

I have been shopping at this store for over two years.
In this time I have developed a relationship with alot of the employees.
All of them have been nice to me and recognize me as a regular.
Valerie,a cashier, is wonderful.
Our banter every week is fun and makes my trip enjoyable.
The stock people, managers,etc I have nothing but good to say.
That is until today. 1/21/17.
Brittany Macintosh was the manager this morning.
There was an issue with the card reader.
She was called to the register, and seemed rude and annoyed.
She left said it was fixed and when it wasn't was called back.
She did not respond immediately and when she did that same annoyed,rude attitude came out.
When see couldn't fix it she says:
"Come over here."
Not really to me just talking and walking away.
Not, "Sir, I'll take care of you at the service desk."
Some nice response as though I weren't an annoyance to her.
She rang me up no Thank you or similar response.
This young lady needs to be retrained on customer relations,and relating to her co-workers.
This is my first and only "Bad" experience in this store.

At the Celebrate Virginia on Rt 17 "My Giant Food friends" have been most wonderful, helpful AND they take care of me!😁. I have been known to leave my groceries on the check out counter n one of the staff comes running after me with my groceries in hand. I've left my canes in the basket n someone brings it to me. Everyone is courteous n if I can't find something, they will find it for me. If they are out stock for the sale product they will give me a raincheck.
And I can't forget the Starbucks staff at my Giant.....they see me coming n they have my coffee almost before I get to the counter

Great service as the manager opened a check out lane to move customers thru quicker. Bagged my groceries! Thank for being so nice!

Very nice grocery store. Has Starbucks in it! Lots of variety, clean, and big.

Curbside ordering and pick up is very easy and allows you to utilize coupons as well as their weekly ad discounts.
