Shope's Shoes

They had exactly what I was looking for (work boots) at a reasonable price and they were very helpful. I searched 4 other stores looking for a good pair of work boots and they had a bigger selection than any other store I went to.

Shopes always has a fabulous selection of boots and such to choose from. I know when I wear out my boots I'm going straight back to Shopes where I bought the pair that's on my feet.

The lady in there was super nice. I tried on a million shoes until I found the right 2 pairs. The even have a size 6 in ladies. Ppl hardly have my size shoes. (At least shoes I like. ) very friendly ppl , very clean store. I would recommend them to anyone

I called Shope's Shoes about repairing an old pair of handmade boots that I have from the 60s. And although he said he couldn't help me, he directed me to someone who could help me. Thank you Shope's Shoes!

I went into the store with the anticipation of just looking at what was in the store. It's the first time I had ever been into the store. During my time that I sided houses I had sided Mrs Shoppes house and she had encouraged me to come see their selection they had. I didn't do it because I'm set in my ways of who I shop with and my name brands that I want. So quite a few years later when I went into Shoppes shoes it was a clean store with great knowledgeable employees that really know how to treat a customer. It almost felt like family was trying to fit me for the perfect fitting boot. They took their time and gave me 100% of their attention. Not many stores do that, but they did. Needless to say I walked out with a very nice boot and to top it off they got me every discount they could on the boot. They went to work for me and I felt that it was heart felt from the employees to do such a great job for their company. All my shoe purchases will come from Shoppes from here on out. Loved the place and the employees. Thank you Shoppes. I look forward to wearing my new boots out and grabbing another pair from you. You're top shelf in my book and I'll see you soon. Thank you. I was with my brother, and he stopped here to see about some new work boots. They had a pretty good selection of steel/ composite toe boots, i think they could have a lot more, in my opinion bc they didn't carry the brand I wear nor did they have many different styles to choose from, however, the boots they did have were too of the line boots, Thorogood, Ariat, Justin, Durango, Irish Setter just some examples. My brother ended up buying a pair of Irish Setter and got a super nice pair of insoles! The guy working there was very helpful and attentive. He even cut and installed the insoles for my brother before we left. Good store with great customer service!

Helpful staff, not too many options for women, but lots of boots for men

I buy all my work shoes here. Great service always. I also buy the insoles to go into my work shoes here as well. They support my back as I work moving around on my feet all day long. I have been wearing these insoles for over 10 yrs now. Will not ever go back to an made orthotic insole again. This supplies enough support for up to 2 yrs or more. But I do replace after that which is cheaper than ordering thru an doctor.
I mostly purchase SAS, Defy, and now I just purchased my first pair of Brooke Ghost and excited about the comfort I feel in them.
Your feet an back are Important to keep comfortable to maintain the work you do.
I recommend all my friends an family to go by an visit at shoppes with their quality, style and great priced shoes. You will be happy you did.

Danielle, the store manager, is awesome! All the staff are great people. They measure your feet, put you on the diagnostic machine, and put you in a pair of boots that fits perfectly! You won’t get better service anywhere. If you’ve never had a good pair of shoes that fits you properly, you really should visit Shope’s shoes. You don’t know what you’re missing!

Shopes shoes is the only store I shop for shoes in Shelby. The customer service is amazing! Thank you, Danielle for helping find the perfect pair of work shoes. I can be on my feet all day now in comfort. I will definitely shop here again.

They are a great shoe store. They have a good selection of shoes and boots. They have a big selection of high quality work boots. This is the only place my son will buy his steel toe work boots. The staff is friendly. They make you feel like friends when your in there. They have the best selection of work boots with reasonable prices. High quality work booots

I walked in this store 10 minutes before they closed the manager was wonderful she stayed and helped me tell 7:30/7:45 She also educated me on a new brand of shoe the gdefy I suffer with gout and needed a shoe to work in that would have support. The Gdefy are amazing.

Been shopping there for years... Had an issue with a defective sandal... They replaced the sandals immediately and told me to let them know if I had any other problems with the new ones! Classy business!!! Thanks :)
