I always go to this location, the best UPS location and best customer services. I don’t need them to be friendly, just give courtesy for customers and get the jobs done. I went to another location in North Hollywood near Buana vista 2 times, they rejected both times and excuses that time’s up for some job at 3 pm but they closed at 6. We had to be in long line and had to leave. Here never be disappointed. The man’s worked here over 10 years. You can’t go wrong with this place but a little hard to find a parking spot which is little thing for me.

It's easy. If you have a complicated order, you're going to have a hard time. Most packages have a destination, so for me all I had to do was hand my package over and that's it but that's because it was return mail. Do yourself a favor and try not to make anything too complicated.

Either I went on a good day, or they made some serious changes. Young lady was very helpful and assisted me with a complicated return. She was soft spoken and kind, and I was in and our within 5 minutes.

EXCELLENT location! The gentleman working the holidays here went above and beyond to help me out when I needed to ship my Chegg rental books back, and even printed my stuff out for me, was very nice and helpful. They were open later than regular business hours for holidays, and he was working by himself, and the person he helped before me he was very thorough with. So it might be under new management or something but its an awesome UPS store! :)

This is great place, I have been coming here for ten years and every time excellent service and value ! UPS is already a great company and this location is fast and friendly service provider.

i live very close to the UPS and i have never had any trouble with this location, every time i go, service is very quick and efficient.
