Great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. First vape shop I’ve been to in awhile where the staff was so knowledgeable and where they had such a wide variety of products to choose from.

I'm a terminal cancer patient that has a habit of losing her vape pens. Today I was in dire straights so popped into the shop. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful as well as kind. When I (inevitably) lose this pen I will definitely buy from this shop again.

The sales associates at the shop were very helpful, knew their product well and seemed to genuinely care about having returning customers. They have a rewards program that is well thought out and useful to customers. I got a discount in my first purchase for signing up. I wish they had more locations where I live in Newport News/ Hampton.

As soon as I walked through the door by the time I reached to take my hat/cover off I was already greeted nicely and happily by two lovely ladies behind the counter. As I continued towards the counter they were so nice as to give me a brief tour and explanation of the layout and attentive and knowledgeable to my needs. The selection here is vast and offers some of the best varieties of disposable vapes and other mods etc. probably the best first impression I’ve had so far! Amazing customer service and quality from both the reps. and the products— perfect products for success.

Unfortunately I’m awful with names, but both times ive gone in it’s been a great time. Super, super friendly staff, always greeted with a hey how’s it going before being asked for ID, never pressured to get more than what I came for. 5 stars isn’t enough. Cool conversations inside, and hella knowledgeable staff. 100% my new vape shop!

First time in the store … i will say it was very clean and well organized! The guy who helped me was chill and knowledgeable about the different brands of vapes . definitely will be a returning customer

I love coming here after a long day at work! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they're completely honest about the stuff they sell too! I spoke to Dirge about what I was looking for and he answered every single one of my many questions with clarity! I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service provided here! Also LOVE the atmosphere!!!!

WOW. today was a complete 180 from my experience yesterday the associates working at the shop today were kind and generous and very attentive to my situation and checked and double checked that I was getting what I asked for. They were absolutely amazing and I regret not getting their name.

Dude with the leather wrist straps was super rude to me the moment after he asked me what he could help me with. I told him I was looking for some salt nic juice and he immediately as I was finishing my sentence asked just shortly and rudely "you got an ID??" and I showed him my ID and he was nice again. Then he showed me the IPAD with the juices I was looking through it and I asked him a question about a juice and I had to ask 2 times cause he was too transfixed on the TV. quickly answered my question. I just picked a juice, he grabbed it, and asked if I wanted anything else and I asked for a TPP2 coil and he froze and said "you shouldn't be using that you should buy a pnp tank and coil" cause I apparently shouldn't be vaping my vape how I've been vaping for a long time and he's gonna be my voice of reason. I didn't ask for his opinion or his critique on how I should be vaping but he was holding my vape juice hostage until I agreed to what he wanted. So I bought a coil and a tank that I didn't want or ask for nor will be using because of his opinion.

Edit: I understand a shop that wants to educate their customers. But when a customer specifically states the item they want which proves prior knowledge of what it is and its specifications. But the way he looked at me and questioned if what I called specifically by name is the thing I want gave me the impression he thought I was dumb and I felt he was rail roading me into getting something else that I didn't want. There is a huge difference between presenting me with what I ask for and informing me as a word of heeding and stopping all together and telling me I should be using something different. I do apologize for the quick 1 star but when I come somewhere to get something I need I don't appreciate to be made to feel dumb. I used to come to the shop all the time a few years ago and still has the same great selection which I think also fed into the upset. I currently am out of VB and I won't be back till tomorrow about the same time and I also didn't receive a receipt.

Had the pleasure of buying from Blue at this location and she helped me out a lot as I don't know much about vapes. Super professional and explained everything to me and got me out the door hassle free with the best priced vape. Thanks Blue! (I hope I got her name right)

This is the only place I go to, and the only place I recommend when I'm asked. The workers know what they're talking about, they have a great selection and they can beat most people's prices. I will continue to return to this store until either I leave Virginia or the store closes.

First time coming to this shop. Blonde chick behind counter was super cute and very helpful. They had so many juices to choose from. Will definetly be coming back.

I went in and bought a vape and screwed it up. The guy started talking to me like I was a child, but I'm a brat so I went to my middle space. It was awesome. Definitely recommend!

I love this place. The awesome people behind the counter are always kind and far more educated on vape products compared to other vape shops I've been to. Plus it's a dog friendly environment!

I was really impressed by the friendly faces, selection, and prices. I have a couple stores I go for juice but I'm sure this one will stay at the top of my list!
