Our latest experience at my local Aeropostale was great ! The staff was very courteous.

I have to give associate “Keke” a shoutout , she makes the environment very pleasing,energetic and personable. A very positive attitude.

Not rushing you in and out the door like most stores. She was at the time the only one on the floor with about 10-13 people in the store she was ringing people out , checking on guests as well as letting everyone know of current sales. Great job Keke keep doing what you do best ! Being yourself.

Just went shopping today for the kids and had the best experience. All the employees are super helpful, very friendly, upbeat and willing to help in every way. I felt very welcome and appreciated the great customer service We received, very happy with this visit. GREAT SALES TOO!

As always I had a pleasant trip to Aeropostale. Super friendly staff and clean and organized store. Keep up the good job

They had a buy 1 get 2 free deal going on. The girls working there should focus on the customers

the pants were cute, but they only had XS size- juicy couture jackets available. severely disappointed that i couldn't get a matching set, considering im only a small and they were too tiny for me.

Used to be my favorite store at this outlet. Idk what happened over the last month but it’s an absolute mess now. Clothes looked like they’ve never be folded, associates on their phones and when asked if there was a manager who could help me I was told “he’s in the back” I worked in retail when I was younger the manager should always be on the sales floor. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

They rather talk on the phone totally ignored never go back. Need to hire people who actually work
