I love the smell of the place (if you like the smell of leather). I like the service with a smile, as well as the prices vs other western outfitters in the Laredo area. Was worth the trip and even felt comfortable enough to buy some things here. Had a gentleman helper tag a long with me the entire time I was in the store answering all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. Very pleasant shopping experience.

They have great service and a really friendly staff there! Plus, they have good, quality merchandise, some of which you can't find anywhere else. I bought a flannel lined Levi's denim jacket and a beautifully decorated wool blanket back in 1992!!!! And both of which I still have and use to this day!! Whenever I visit San Antonio I always make it a point to visit their store!!

I was in search of a store that would clean and repair straw/wool hats and I landed here. Employees and staff greeted me since I entered and they were very helpful, respectful and courteous. I want to thank all the staff and employees, especially Rafael and Roberto who were the ones that took care of my hats.
Pricing is affordable! This store has top quality experience and great employees! Definitely recommending Cavenders and definitely coming back!
