The Bay House has something special for everyone. The quality of products that they sell are exceptional. I love that they have different things than ALL the other local home decor stores. I can not leave this store without buying something every time I pop in. The owners are accommodating, friendly and their customer service could not be better.

So excited about this shop! The owners are sweet, helpful and amazing!! This wise the BEST place to ever come to Newburgh!! Such a beautiful selection of gifts and the home decor is fabulous!! The sweater so soft and cozy and I want one of the sofas (actually x2🤣) in the most luxurious brown leather I’ve ever felt… so many custom choices to select from! What a spectacular Mother/Daughter duo April and Alyssa are:) Don’t miss out this place is a GEM🥰

Ordered a smeg coffee pot. The bay house billed my credit card immediately. I reached out to the Bay House to inquire on shipping status and tracking information. The item was on back order but they reached out to another store and was able to get us the item quickly!😊😊😊 a slight hiccup but the Bay House made it right!
