Best Buy

Went there to purchase a laptop for my special-needs brother, and since I don't know much about computers I was just standing there lost. Until Larry nicely approached us and offered his help. He walked us through which laptop would be a good fit for my brother's needs, he explained the simplicity yet reliability of the laptop. He was very sincere in his assistance and very caring! He recommended some extra items to purchase with the laptop for extra protection (since my brother is handicapped and he tends to click on random pop-ups).
Overall... Larry was a wonderful person and very helpful!
My complaints to you, Best buy, and your entire staff!

This is my favorite Best Buy location that I have been coming to for a few years. The store has a good layout and it's easy to find what you need (decent stock as well). Employees have always gone the extra mile for me, and recently I was exchanging out a phone for a different one - I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Wow. What an amazing experience I went in looking at TVs all kinds I’m not even familiar with any of these new things he QBs, and all that other stuff. However, there were so many people on the floor that finding a person asked a question was immediate. Not only was a salesman Stephen helpful, he was extraordinary in the knowledge that he had about the different types of TVs and what TV is best used for what items like watching movies or playing a video game… I would strongly recommend this Best Buy the other one that I want to if I found a person at all it was after an amazing search and fine. Awesome this place was awesome. At least the staff were.

I am giving 5 star not just to the store but to the awesome service advisor Ted! I went to the store on 10/14 and was assisted by Advisor Ted that gave a very efficient and pro customer service! Kudos Ted for doing a great job at work! Best customer service adviser I ever had!

In this day customer service has gone downhill, but this best buy really still focuses on it. MALLORY at the front desk rocks. Took the time to walk me to the product and Chris at the checkout made me forget how much I was spending. Great service from these two will definitely keep me coming back.

I don’t usually leave reviews or feedback on any platform, however, in this particular case, it has to be done.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex and Thomas at the Skokie location. Simply put, the men know what they’re doing and put their customers before immediate profits, that keeps me coming back, it matters to me and I look for this when I decide on who is going to get my return business.

Yesterday I went to Best But to purchase Apple AirPods apple 2nd generation. There was a sale on 2nd generation and 3rd generation that they were giving 30%off on 2nd generation and 10%off on 3rd generation so we purchased both generation 3rd for mine younger brother and 2nd for mine self. Best Buy is a place where you can buy all the tech gadgets either on full payment or on financing. You can buy Mobile Accessories, laptop’s, Apple products, Glasses, camera’s, hands free and speakers, head set of almost all brands.

I buy a Laptop from them and I enjoy it. Good for the price. The personnel was kind and patient when helping me to chose.

Good experience got a pc there no issues at all

I bought a laptop, a tv, a hoverboard and some headphones all in a few months with amazing deals and return policies. Definately the place to go for electronics.

Really good prices I buy devices when they have their deals of the day.

I had a pick up order and I went inside the store. The check out was easy and quick I was in and out on just a few minutes.

A recent update caused the BIOS to hang up with a blue screen. I walked in and an hour later my .laptop was cleared and working again.

Bought a new Gaming PC good price compare if you build by yourself you can't beat the price. The PC comes with Windows 10, keyboard and mouse ready to use. Now I need new monitor.

Purchased a TV. The employee who sold me the TV (unfortunately I don't know his name) was very knowledgeable of all products. Asked him questions about differences between 2 different TV's, he knew everything about each TV without referring to any notes or looking up things. Just simply knows what he is selling. Shows that he likes what he does and spends his time at work learning about each product between customers.
Way to go!
