Oh boy! Worked here for almost 2 years. Never seen such a gender bias establishment! Theres definitely favoritism in this company so if your new good luck! They’ll hire anybody but 90% of employees don’t last 2 days here. Could be the horrible solution smell. Or the fact that lines break down every 15 minutes it definitely gets overwhelming. You’ll probably have to see a chiropractor at least twice a month. Your hands neck spine feet lower back will definitely take a beating.not to mebtion the super hot glue in some lines. Work areas are uncomfortable. I don’t know when’s the last time the work area has been thoroughly cleaned. Mold in some of the machines. Management is terrible. You would think as a supervisor you’d know what your doing. Nope not here! This company says they’re all about great costumer service and quality of the product but that’s also not true. They encourage you to work faster and get numbers up. But when the quality of the product isn’t what the costumers want then you get in trouble for it. Such an inconsistent company. You only get a 30 minute lunch break but good luck taking your own lunch and heating up. By the time your food comes out the microwave you’ll only have 10 minutes to eat.
