Dollar General

This store is ran so poorly only 1 cashier and the self checkout line closed it was a 20 minute wait to get my order checked out. Then the girl at the counter seemed more interested in her cell phone than the customers. And the other lady working there was not about to open another register and the self checkout was not working. So very sad guess I will go back to shopping at the family dollar store were it's ran correctly with almost no wait time at the counter.

This is one of the few places that will drop what their doing to help. I was desperate for this one product and was afraid I was going to have to go down the Monument but he stopped and checked and even told me the different sizes and amounts. They also offer face masks if you forget yours. Always polite and no matter how they are felling that day they go out of their way to help. You have to give credit where credit is due. 10 stars all the way.

I shop here almost every day it's the only place near by our house and we live out in PR so it is a must have when it comes to a store like this

I just left my phone in this store at the self check out register and luckily Devin was paying attention to what was happening in the store and it out to me. Give that man a raise because honest, hard workers are probably hard to find with this labor shortage! Thanks man!!

I shop here only when there is something the family dollor dosent carry. I like the staff they are always friendly and greeting and the store is very clean and they do have alot of inventory with lots of choices at almost everything you may need. I like that they are in Picture Rocks because the community is lacking retail stores.

Excellent customer service, always stocked with plenty of supplies especially for those of us during these crunching financial times under the covid-19 epidemic. Local picture rock store with friendly faces and people who show respect honor and dignity to their customers! You would be surprised what you can find at this Dollar General Store! Thank you Dollar General employees or making all of us here in Picture Rocks Arizona feel comfortable, happy and pleased with your attitudes and service and your assistance especially to the disabled and the elderly and for your support of our armed forces!

I love this store. The manager is awesome and very helpful right along with the rest of the staff. They help me with the coupon app and they even took time to help my kids open their toys I purchased

It's so nice having another store to go to way out here in the boondocks. The store is huge! And with way better prices than Family Dollar, I have found my favorite new store out here in Picture Rocks! :)

Very awesome customer service. they do sometimes double scan merch. But they are always happy to service you and if they double scan they do it right away with no problem.

As most people know, the Family Dollar just up Sandario Rd never was all that great. This new DG is great! I've always been pleased with the DG off of Trico, and this one definitely meets that same level of quality.

If you were one of the frequents to the food trucks that used to occupy the land where this was built, keep your eye out in the neighboring areas, as they are generally still around.

Don't know if it's because it's pretty new, but this Dollar General keeps up the store better than the one on El Tiro/Trico. Also has some other items I haven't seen in other DG's.

The people that are always friendly and helpful and it's always easy to find things. The store is always nice and clean I feel really welcome there

This store is so much better than the Family Dollar down the street. The people here are friendly and the store is better stocked and cleaner. Clean is a big deal.

This location usually has mostly what you need. Shelves are starting to fill up with merchandise again. Friendly staff and helpful.

This store has so much and a large variety of items. Really nice owner and staff.

They always have pretty much everything you need. I got a gallon of milk for a dollar fifty today. Beats the chain stores by a long shot

Clean store and friendly staff. Wide selection of household items on hand and not pricey at all when you need it now and add in the gas expense and 20 minutes it takes to get to town.

The guys in there are always friendly and helpful. And even though it's out in the country it has the odd things I need like copy paper and a humidifier. 😊
