NOW I know better, & ALWAYS stop to check with them before heading over the mountains to Tucson & the larger BIG Box outlets. If you live out here and need pretty much anything for whatever project you're working on. Picture Rocks Hardware most likely has it. Well, at lease you can find a workaround. The owners and staff are not only polite they are friendly and treat you like family. The prices are competitive with the big box shops in town, but their customer service is unparalleled.

The guy that helped me didn't like it because it was busy and that's when you need to be your best but other than that they are usually friendly and helpful

So glad to have this place nearby. Every time I go in I'm greeted and asked if I need help...and they actually do help! The staff is pleasant and helpful and they always seem to have what I need. It surprises me how they can fit so much in a small store.

We love Picture Rocks Hardware! It's the kind of hardware store where knowledge help is always available and folks are friendly. Perfect for when you need that item for your latest DIY adventure and have no desire to wander aimlessly in the big box hardware stores. Prices are extremely reasonable too.

Great little hardware store you wouldn't expect them to have the inventory that they do but for a little hardware store in the middle of Picture Rocks this little hardware store is well equipped it has everything you're possibly looking for if you don't see it in the store be sure to ask because they might have it outside in the trailer great staff super friendly great place to shop

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. For as small as the hardware store is, it has everything I've needed for basic repairs....and the bottles of small batch root beers and cream soda is excellent too 😂

I absolutely love this hardware store. Everyone is so helpful, and I can always find anything I forgot in town 🙃

They've always been ready to wait on you. They're easy to get to and they have got quite a little in stock. Okay

Worth the extra dime or two you'd save by not driving to a big box home store. They tend to have the most common hardware supplies, and even tools needed for most small jobs. They are knowledgeable about their products and can lead you to the correct solution.

Very helpful, This place has most of anything you need , the staff is very helpful and know their stock , what they have and don't, when it will arrive, as well as genuinely courteous, I needed some wire , misting system and some wood , guy had it faster that it would have taken me to drive into town to a hardware store.

Both Gentleman working were very patient and helpful when i was "trying" to explain what it was that i needed. Wasnt a ordinary question they get i imagine , and yet they helped me and made sure i had everything i might need.. Headed there right now actually before closing time to pick up some paint 😎. -MB-

They specialize in the things you forget or suddenly realize you need in the middle of a project! They are super nice and friendly. Very helpful. 9 times out of 10 they will have what you need! Always worth stopping by before going to town!!

Definitely a good experience. A young gal who's name started with R stopped what she was doing and greeted me immediately and helped me find what I needed for a pool project. Will be back.

I always enjoy my trip to the hardware store. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always eager to help find what you are looking for. Their prices are a little higher then the box stores but its worth a few extra cents for the convience of not driving all the way to town. And if you you take the time to look around you will be suprised of the selection and you might find that unique item the box stores don't carry.
