I have been to this T-Mobile store several times in the past few weeks as I got a new phone and didn't know how to operate a lot of the things on each time the boys were so pleasant and patient their kindness and consideration goes above and beyond they are an absolute asset to your store I enjoy doing business with these two young men I'm always greeted with a smile and how can we help you to day they make doing business a pleasure

The staff there that day was great. Super helpful staff and got me what I needed. Very knowledgeable about their products and my wife who was with me was very happy as well

I went to this store to change plans after a year of TRYING to get my Boost cell to work properly and the employees there Miranda and John spend all the time needed to switch my number to them and set me up with all I needed at FABULOUS prices! Miranda, Aj, and John were absolutely fantastic! We went to other stores and got no help. In 5 minutes they had our strange and unsolvable issue handled and done! The people on Sprint care could not even fix the problem! We will definitely drive 45 minutes to see them again!

Nothing but pleasant things to say. My husband and I went in on Black Friday and did a switch to T-Mobile for our business. Riché’ was extremely proficient and when I tell you that girl is a breath of fresh air, I mean it. She kept us smiling, laughing and comfortable in our major purchases. We were out in less than 2 hours with 5 lines and a tablet and a perfect plan for our business. We actually look forward to stopping in the store for all of our needs, which is unusual with a phone company. The whole team at this store is amazing and so personable.
