Love that I can get larger Quantities of things we use more of each month. This BJs has fuel.

So thrilled that BJ's accept coupons. Plus, they have their own coupons. This helps me a great deal while shopping.
Such a wonderful variety of options. From office supplies, to health items, paper goods for the home, juices, ready made meals, awesome fresh fruits and vegetables. I like the freeze-dried crispy vegetable snacks too. BJ's is my go-to place for batteries for AA & AAA batteries.
Always fun to see someone I know in the store and get a minute to chat about life.

Great staff. Angely (not positive on spelling her name) helped me renew my membership and she was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. The Berkley Jensen diapers (BJ's brand) are superior to name brands for daily use and they are much cheaper (except we do use Huggies overnight diapers for bed time). Sometimes, I get annoyed when it is slow to get out of the store while they are verifying receipts after checkout but it hasn't been as slow lately. Gas is less expensive than other places.

My wife and I have been BJs members for years. This is our first time using the optical department. I must say that the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. The optician is very thorough and professional. Matthew was more than helpful recommending choices for us. Matt is the type of person whom every customer service person could take notes from . Very personable and caring . I was impressed!

Wonderful customer service. I purchased a laptop from another location and it didn’t work right out of the box. Only this location had any left. Called and they held one and did even exchange when I got there . Got a working one now

I had an AMAZING experience thanks to an amazing employee. Her name was Hanna Ross. I had many problems in the past with using coupons but she guided me in the right direction. Her attitude was lovely and It has been the best customer service I have seen in so long!! Definitely would come back more often!!!

The cake I ordered for my grandfather's birthday party was perfect. The cake even though we had happy birthday grandpa written in mohawk it was very clearly written. Everyone at the party loved it including my grandfather. The cake was not overly sweet either it had the right balance

I think BJ's is cheaper than Sam's club for most snacks and paper goods. BJ's has good selection of snacks paper goods and grocery items, their spices have expanded and I even found large jar of nutmeg for $8 .I also prefer their bread selections they have the double packs of Arnold's and Pepperidge farms in addition to other specialty breads and bagels muffins. If you feed your dog fresh or gourmet food you will probably find it here. The Mears and frozen food section is a little pricey and just average offerings overall BJ'S is my #1 go to all things paper and I absolutely don't buy my cold cuts anywhere else!

So yeah, I'm a fan!! Now to get my hands on my own membership. Where do I start (as if most of you haven't already been to BJs...but this was my 1st hands on shopping experience. From the time I walked into the door there was fresh samples to indulge in... perfect for a hungry shopper as myself. I sampled teriyaki pork loins, pizza, perogies, and flavored water. I mean the science behind choosing to offer all of those samples is brilliant. Other supermarkets used to do it but as the years pass it's less and less and when they do there is not as many sample stands as this place. So now as far as the shopping goes....(because after all that's what I truly came for haha) I was very impressed with some of the deals they offered. On other items however, the sales seemed to be very similar to other grocery stores. The carts here are HUMUNGO and with a packed out day like Saturday it can get extremely congested. Now when it came time to check out this was congested too. They've got to do better about that. One good thing though is that staff will actually help put some of your items in the cart after you finishing ringing them in self checkout. I'd definitely love to come back here soon.

I only shopped at BJs once. What a great team at BJs in Amherst.

I picked up a bbq. Well...actually i did not pick it up...literally. It was 200lbs in weight. I asked for help...three nice fellows came in no time...put it on a cart for me. One of the gemtlemen waited until i paid for my order and pushed the cart. By the time i pulled the car around the other two gents were back and loaded it into my car.

I wish i took their names.

I like the layout of the store. And it has a good variety of items like Costco but you have to get there early because it's in a shopping Plaza which gets crowded after 11am.

Parking is hard here alot of stores in the plaza. Member services are friendly and helpful. Staff is just as friendly great place go on a Saturday for free samples.

I love it. I can get there by foot in less than 4 minutes. Great for a person like me without a car. 👌

Was very pleased they only allowed seniors in during the senior hours. Went to another store and they allowed anyone in. Can't say enough how much that was appreciated.

One of the best stores. I shop twice a week at BJ’s store, just love it.
