Me and my husband went here yesterday to buy my dress, We were so happy that our dress expert is Aurora she is a very nice person, very friendly and very helpful. I would love to come back here again. I recommend her to all who will shop in Macy’s Springfield Mall look for Dress Expert Aurora and she will help you and assist you in finding the best outfit for you. 5 star for her!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to commend two wonderful employees. Samy in the women’s fragrance department and Apryl at the MAC section. I walked into the women’s fragrance where I was immediately greeted by Samy (who has the most warmest and inviting personality and told her I needed to exchange my perfume set. She asked me like 2 questions of what it was I liked and immediately paired me with two of the most loveliest fragrances I now own (she is a fragrance specialist in my opinion). She took her time with me and treated me as if I was the only customer with her undivided attention. She complimented me and told me “to have a wonderful day”. Ms. Samy, you’re amazing.

Now to Apryl, when I tell you she knows her stuff!!! She asked me a few questions to see what look I was aiming for, my skin type and went to work… effortlessly. She explained everything to me, sanitized her hands throughout (which I so appreciate) and truly went above and beyond. Macy’s it is my duty to let you know about the two superstars you have employed at your establishment that exudes nothing less than AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Samy and Apryl, THANK YOU!

Macy's in Springfield Mall, Virginia, is a one-stop destination for all my shopping needs. The comprehensive range of high-quality products, from clothing to home decor, never fails to astonish me. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist adds to the pleasant shopping experience. The store's cleanliness and organized layout make browsing and shopping effortless. I must commend their excellent management. Five stars for Macy's - a retail icon that consistently delivers great value and quality!

Recently visited the cosmetics' area and was so very welcomed and well-treated. Outstanding customer service and some incredible ladies on the salesfloor!

Starbucks inside macys only had 1 cashier and server which was named ashlyn she did an amazing job ! Was very kind and she was super busy and she did it all on her own ! Definitely deserves for her to get a raise because it was super busy and she still had a nice smile and a positive vibe to give out to the customers ! She made my husbands coffee and gave me a cup of water with ice ! Super kind and very generous

My fiance and I were looking for a suit for our upcoming wedding and that's when we ran into Afa and she is amazing. We had no idea that Macy's has a dedicated stylist and she just answered all of are questions and showed us lots of options, picked the right colors, even picked out the right shoes. I am so grateful for running into to her and being so helpful without being pushy. And thank you Macy's for having a great selection even for a 6'4 tall guy like me!

Macys has been my favorite store for many years, but today I had a bad experience in the Man's shoes department. I just wanted to exchange my son's Christmas gift, but one of the managers treated me very rudely during a return/exchange. When I asked for her manager info she said "Im the manager here". I felt sad how my favorite store's reputation was damaged by this employee. She took my return and when I was about to leave, I saw another employee(Vaishali) and told my experience. Vaishali called the store manager(Jeneba) immediately. Jeneba and Vaishali both owned the situation. They apologized to me and helped me order my son's Christmas gift online. They definetely belong at Macy's and will continue to shop in my favorite store.Thank you both.

I just wanted to share the great customer service experience I had on 9/17/22 evening with store managers: Nathalia and Tracey. I had drove an hour for a pair of boots and they both made sure I found them. Thank you both for the great customer service and I will definitely shop at this Macy's location again.

I went to Macy's not planning on buying anything, just browsing around. While looking around I was helped by Suzanna who was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to her I was able to buy 2 fragrances .She was patient and was very helpful with picking out the right fragrances. Because of her costumer serive I was happy with my purchase. I spent a lot but it was worth it.

I never expect customer service or someone to be at a register in Macy's (you have to search long and hard). BUT Tracy really helped me find a cute, but warm coat....just GREAT customer service.
