Sales rep retrieved a display sign for us that converted the sizes for my daughter. It was typical Saturday busy and I think that was a very personal touch for our family. Thanks sales Lady my daughter loves the jeans and they fit good!!

They have everything and the prices are only getting lower. It feels like this company is losing their sense of direction.

This is a nice store for women and men. I bought a couple of sweatshirts on clearance. My wife found a lot of clothes on clearance and on sale. I noticed that some of their XL jackets ran small. A tight fit that a regular XL would fit. Other than that there were some good deals to be had. Happy shopping.

Fall is HERE! F21 had items I was looking for. Not only were they half the price of another retailer, they were also more stylish. So I made some returns 🤭

I Shopped at the Forever 21 in Springfield Mall, VA. Fun place. My daughter buys sandals, purses, make-up and jewelry. I buy earrings I like. A little young for me but, I can sometimes buy their items. The staff was friendly and the prices are affordable.

Great arrow organization is pretty good given that it's a BIG store! Covid Protocols are done well. Definitely recommend this F21

A teenaged Girls' fashion dream. Everything cute, trendy and fairly cheap. Advantage: your blossoming teenager will grow out of these outfits before they fall apart.

Daughter went shopping for an outfit for Christmas party. Found what we needed and was out. Customer service was subpar but I guess what can you expect from a inexpensive store.

This is my favorite forever 21 store. Other stores have clothes just thrown around and all over the store, but not this location. Love it

Loved it that they had jeans for larger women. Treated me with respect even though I am a bit older.

My daughter loved it and spend a lot $$s. She is 28 and they carry the style she's looking for

The sales are always marvelous. Things may be difficult to find but it's like the thrill of a Chase to me.

A two-level Forever 21. A wide range of stuff to buy. The non-clothing items were interesting to look at.
