My granddaughter loves Hot topic and we go to the one in Greensburg always going to the one at Mills mall but now closed so we look to see if there was any other stores not too far away and we found this one so I had her for a few days and decided we'd go to Ross Park Mall the Hot topic and she loves it says it's what's the best store they were friendly and it was a clean place had a lot of inventory all in all it was a great experience

I am so in love with this Store 🫣💕 , if this is your cup of whiskey this is the place to be & shop at😊 . Some days it's more crowed than others , so if you anxiety be through the roof don't go in when it's like that .

This is one of the best locations in the Pittsburgh area. The staff is always friendly, attentive, product knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. The merchandise is always well organized and of high quality. The store is always clean and presentable as a top tier merchandiser. I highly recommend this GREAT ESTABLISHMENT.

This is my favorite Hot Topic of all time. It's in the Ross Park Mall. I always love their selection of Harry Potter gear. I have furnished my home with so many things from this Hot Topic it isn't even funny. I love the Harry Potter bedspread and the Harry Potter sheets set. I have the Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin flags that I got from here as well and used to decorate my apartment with.

They have great customer service here. Their manager is the friendliest you will find.in addition they will order it just about anything from any store of theirs for you. They definitely go out of their way to satisfy their customer.

Hot Topic was awesome and the associates who were working were super helpful. My kids absolutely loved the store...I'm going to go broke.

Okay so this hot topic is the best hot topic I’ve been to. Shoutout to Corey for helping my friend and I get a free shirt, a discount on a shirt, 2 free necklaces, an extra hot cash card, and paid a penny for our stuff. 😂 we came back and gave him the penny though but 11/10 best worker I’ve met and 11/10 best hot topic.

I came here to get a "I'll be back" T shirt that has the face of Jesus on it a couple weeks ago. I was helped by a nice young lady with dark brown hair that was wearing a backpack. She told me about the deals that they had on T-shirts. I left with a Green Day and Jesus T shirt shortly after. The guy at the register was pretty cool too and helped me sign up to receive emails and did a good job of explaining the coupons so i could understand more. I'll be back soon for sure!

What can I say that hasn't been said already. Vast collection of merchandise from film franchises, anime, music etc. The staff are friendly, helpful and sometimes when they don't have any t-shirts in medium they let me have the one on display. Love Hot Topic

Hot Topic is one of those places where I never leave empty~handed. There is always s one thing I collect o r a new T~shirt or cute jeans. My daughter never liked t he store until she discovered Harry Potter and then she loved our trips here. She ha s shirts, jackets, a purse and she can usually add to her Pokemon collection. It's not a store for offensive clothing, like seems to be tghe joke on movies and TV. It has musdic and fan items. I can't recommend it enough.

Cool store my 10 year old daughter loves this place. Bunch of alternative style clothing and goth and punk and Emo style clothes

Staff was helpful and answered questions about their jewelry. They had a decent selection of surgical steel piercings.

The staff at this Hot Topic were super friendly. Its definitely my favorite store to go to.
