Cool vibes. Friendly staff. I’ve never had any issues. Stopped in today and unfortunately had a return. The gentleman who helped me out was named Lloyd. Super helpful, great energy and an all around friendly guy. Recommend this location especially compared to other locations in the city!

Staff very helpful and kind, all the other shoes stores in the mall didn't have selection or didn't want to help, they just walked away.

Very friendly place , workers were awesome , my son tried on alot of shoes and nothing but kindness and smiles. We were their for maybe a lil over an hour and not one person was annoyed with getting my son shoes and showing him the latest shoe that was out. Awesome place 😁 . Good job to all of the managers for running a great place

This was a different store. Im used to only seeing Foot Lockers in our area so to see the House Of Hoops was nice. They had a large selection of clothing that they usually dont have at Foot Lockers. Some good clearance racks too. Hoodies and such for $39.99 and under

Actually left bad review last week. However they more than enough made up for mistake. Actually gave me 12% back reordered shoes and got them the day they said they would be there. Thanks Mike hes the man to see

I was just there and my experience was great!!! Kasey and Cody were so much help and super friendly!! They both helped me figure out which shoe I want and the correct sizing.

Fantastic! Organized, all clothes were neatly folded, sales associates were helpful, yet not in your face. And they always seem to have a sale!!
