One of my all time favorite shops! They always have the cutest clothing and accessories! The customer service has always been amazing as well. I mostly shop online since I live in Eastern Oregon but I am never disappointed! Thanks Frosted Cowgirls for a wonderful shop.

Where to start? I live in Arizona, a couple of weeks ago my family and I were going to visit some family in Twin Falls, ID for the week and we decided to spend one of our days driving all th way to The Frosted Cowgirls. I am originally from a small town in Idaho so I was so happy to support a small town Idaho business! I have ordered many things from them before and I was so excited to see it in person and meet the girls there because of course online they make themselves look like the nicest bunch of girls.

Boy was I wrong! First off, no one greeted us when we walked in. There seemed to be around 4 girls working that day, not a single one of them asked if I needed any help or if I was finding everything okay. My husband was getting a hat shaped (which he has a great experience with Cody's Cowboy Hats, so this is not about them AT ALL), so I walked around the store for at least 45 minutes. I ended up finding 3 shirts that I liked, and once I got up to the counter to purchase them I was told "oh if you by 3 you get 1 free". Like wow! If I would have been helped and told that much sooner I would have been happy to spend a lot more money there and by 6 or 9 shirts!

I was so incredibly disappointed. I have followed them of Instagram for years, purchased many things for myself and family and friends. And I will NEVER do business here again. Not only was I never helped or even talked to, but not a single person was nice or even smiled. So so so so incredibly disappointed.

Slow shipping, bad customer service. Placed my order 10 days ago, just now received half of my order. No shipping confirmation or email information on where the other part of my order is. Wrote an email and no response. I will not be buying from this company ever again.
