TOPS Friendly Markets

Just an average store but the reason I'm writing a review is simple. Sheila. Sheila is awesome. I see her doing everything and anything and today while the lines weren't long I decided to go to a cashier since the self checkout was packed Sheila was my cashier and not only was she quick an pleasant, she knows how to pack groceries! Last week I had someone put all my heavy stuff in 1 bag and the light stuff in another instead of equal distribution.

Thank you Sheila, you have restored my faith that there's a proper way to pack groceries and you should train other cashier's at this store if it's not taught

Its a one another usual shop.
But I have to say about it.
I met a sales woman named Sue in the cash counter. Such a polite, kind and helpful lady. Wow .

A bit supermarket with much well fruit and vegetables. But also much (fast) food and sweet food.

They are always very friendly here. Great service. My family gets our medication from the pharmacy and they always go out of their way to get the job done. The best thing happened to us today. My husband lost his wallet and we called Tops and were informed someone had turned it in. It turned out to be one of the cart guys. They brought it to customer service. When we went to collect it, nothing had been taken out. They were very responsible and honest young men for doing that. That was not even the first time the guys who bring the carts up had helped us. I just want to say that they have hired great people to work there. Kudos to them. Thank you!

I was checking out and I was kindly greeted by your employee Jonah, he was extremely kind and super funny. Jonah was incredibly helpful and was very kind and funny!

Great service! Managers are smart and always helpful. The workers really try their best and the checkout people work diligently. The bathrooms are almost always clean and working properly. The people in there are friendly. The parents there know how to take care of their children by not letting them run around screaming. This location is very good

Shop at many different Tops stores and this is the worst. Every other location is always a pleasant experience.
People ignore fire lanes andpay no attention to customers trying to get into the store.
The ladies at the deli counter are the most unpleasant and don't think they have ever been happy with their lives. A smile would be nice from one of them.

The workers are friendly. I like the local produce supporting farmers near me. Affordable food with the bonus card. Big thank you to TOPS♥

Tops is the place where I shop, bank, and pick up my prescriptions. I take the bus, so its convenient. One time I left a bag of groceries in the cart accidentally. The cart attendant found it and they saved it till I was able to come back to retrieve it. A little expensive but the variety of deals makes up for that. Always a good experience

Very respectful and is very clean

This is my neighborhood grocery store. I'm comfortable here. Its taking a bit to figure out the new layout, but I like the brighter lights, the cleanliness, and the new look. I also like the Spot Coffee located in the front of the store.

Buy one get one free, buy two get three free are examples of great sales offered occasionally. I also find the quality of meats along with the variety of offerings and prices especially in bulk, to be very fair and all in all Tops is not far from my home &areas well-lit also conveniently located in a mini Plaza that offers a pet supply store :)

I noticed they've remodeled the store a little, nice touch adding smooth floor tiles! As the carts don't make so much noise now!

Nice store, friendly and helpful employees. Was very busy when I went but I was able to get in and get out in a reasonable time. This location had everything I needed on my list.

This place straight up is amazing. They rapping better than jake pauls litmas. The play area is crazy. you know when the squad shows up we going to the tops play area. For some reason they wont let us in anymore but sneak in anyway. its so much fun i love crawling in the tiny tubes that smell like piss and sweat. the kids in there are really nice unless you try to take their legos. there was this one time though i found poop in the tunnel and i thought it was ice cream and ate it and i got really sick, didnt ruin the experience. The tops play area has never failed me like peyton williams. When my mama be buying up the spagetti and meatballs you know me and the crewa are chasing each other in the tunnel areas and hitting our heads on the ceiling because we're too tall to be in there. I found my true love in that play area to. We both met up in the tunnel and i grabbed her hand and kissed her and she growled at me and ever since then we've been together forever. 10/10 #peytonismytruelove

Great products great food. And I love that it's a decent size store not too big not to small. I canget in and out rather quickly even when it's busy

I should post a picture of Steve he is one of the cart return guys but it seems. He is more than that he will help you to your car always with a smile he works at the Elmwood store stop and say hello

A good shopping experience today at Tops. They had some good sale prices on items I buy and I earned $.40 off/ gallon of gas. Not bad at all.

I like Tops; I shop there often. Find their selection good. Also their meat dept. Good veggies, too. I always check their weekly ad for bargains.
