They made my iPhone 15 upgrade a breeze, and the convenience of easy parking just adds to the overall positive experience.

Jaylin was absolutely amazing! I had a very challenging issue and he took his time to resolve it multiple days in a row. I arrived a very frustrated customer wanting to leave Verizon after manny many years, however jaylin renewed my faith in Verizon. I left extremely satisfied!!!!

What a great experience I had today when I went into the Mamaroneck store to upgrade my I phone. Jaylin was polite, efficient, intelligent and didn’t give up when I couldn’t remember my password. He educated me on all my options. Then after my purchase he helped by putting on the case etc. Jaylin even paired my phone to my car play! What a wonderful young man and a real asset to Verizon!

My husband and I were SO grateful to Jaylan, for his time, care, knowledge and overall help with our order and setting up a new flip phone. We know from other experiences how professional and attentive to our needs, Jaylan was in assisting us.

Gus, Dijon and Jaylin at the Verizon store in Mamaroneck were very helpful. My first visit was with Gus and purchasing an iPad. Second visit was with Dijon and Jaylin who helped me trade in an iPad. They all made the buying experience pleasant. If you have a Verizon account, I highly recommend going to The Mamaroneck store.
