AutoZone Auto Parts

Duramax wouldn't turn this morning, so we pulled both batteries and headed to the nearest AutoZone. Chase was very honest, helpful, and friendly when the batteries turned out to just need a charge. I have always had a great experience at this location with my little car and now my husband's beast truck. Thank you to Chase this morning.

I got excellent customer service from Oscar. I called the store, he quickly found the part I needed, and the part was ready and waiting for me at the register when I got there a few minutes later.

My check engine light came on and I saw that Auto Zone offers to lend you a scan tool with analysis. This experience was fantastic, as I did not have to bring the truck into my mechanic and use a whole day doing so, especially for a gas cap issue :). Tabor helped me not only to do this, but gave me some OBD port advice. I love ths shop!

If you go here, Ahmed is probably going to solve all your problems mechanically and spiritually. My car wouldn’t start and I was having the most stressful day of my life and I left feeling cared for and relieved and not taken advantage of, like above and beyond. I love everyone working there they are very cool, they have a lot of good stuff like flashlights and stuff for your cell phone. I just wish they had a magnet that's why I went in, sometimes it's the most simple stuff that's hard to find. AutoZone is always had my back they're always there for me I'm so glad they are open for business. You have to wear a mask in the store right now!! 2020

This location is my closest and always has what I need. Staff is fairly attentive? But lately I always feel like I’m being un-necessarily “up-sold” if I let them help me?…Fortunately…I know better!! “Manager Women” are usually the better, most knowledgeable choice at AutoZone these days if you actually have a question!!!

Went here for a new battery which they had in stock and these guys helped me get the old one out which was not that easy to do, but they were awesome and had the right tools and know how to get it done and get me back on the road fairly quickly, thank you guys I appreciate all your help

I only shop for car parts an anything cars at this location. Clean fast and they truly know there stuff.

I have used this AutoZone 10+ times. I'm not a mechanic by ANY means, so I have been at the mercy of the staff. They have never failed me. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. And I don't mean they go through the motions because the boss is watching. They seem to genuinely want to assist. Consistently a great experience.

I just have to say that I have never been treated so well and professionally by any employer. Today James gave me a lot of information and helped by checking my fluids. Already, driving down the road I feel like I have been blessed because even just topping off my power steering fluid I am driving a lot more soundly. Update just commenting on another visit today. Professional employee Damian fitted and sold me a windshield wiper that I really really needed ASAP. But I could wait for some to come in the mail but today I just was not driving safely with blurry vision. Thank you so much Damian for your assistance and allowing me to drive away with much confidence. Your parents should be very proud of you and your store the way you handle your customers.

My family has always used AutoZone for our DIY auto needs, and I have been especially pleased with my experience at this store since moving into the area a few years ago.

I mainly use their free check engine service, the loan a tool program, and will sometimes buy fluids and tools, especially if I need them ASAP.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store manager (Jackie, or is it Jacquie?) is very professional and knowledgeable. For example, I had troubles with an alternator purchase (a clerk returned the whole part, instead of just the core charge, so I had to repurchase it, but didn't notice the purchase didn't link to my account), and the part turned out to be defective, so when I came to swap it for a new one, it caused quite some confusion. But Jackie was quick to verify everything using the checks I had, got me a replacement, and added everything to the system/my account as it should have been - 10/10.

To balance the review with a downside, I will mention that they are often understaffed, so you may have to wait a bit for your turn in line, even if the line isn't too long.

Went to this store on 9/28/22 to purchase a new car battery. Aaron, the gentleman that waited on me was extremely helpful. He didn’t try to up sell me anything. As a matter of fact, he recommended a battery by the same manufacturer that was $30 less. He didn’t feel like the extra cost was going to benefit me in anyway. So, I went with his suggestion. Felicia installed my battery in no time at all. Everyone at this store was super friendly!! If I need anything in the future I will definitely go back here. I highly recommend this store.

The most helpful auto parts store. They know their stuff, and they'll come outside and help you with your battery or windshield wipers!

Oscar A went above and beyond! He went out of his way to change my damaged headlights! And he only recommended products he himself knows very well. He is an exemplary gentleman and employee. Autozone and the tucson community is lucky to have him. I am definitely coming back only because of his amazing service for all my auto needs.
