I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years. I have visited this store numerous times throughout that time. I have always had good service, and have never had any complaints. Today however, I had exceptional service. The young man Fernando, who assisted me, is definitely the best customer service representative, I have seen anywhere, in a very long time. He was not pushy, he laid out all my options, and explained each option thoroughly. I never once felt as though I was being rushed or taking up too much of his time. I went away very satisfied, not only with my new device, but with the awesome service I had received. Keep up the good work Fernando, I know you are a rising star.

Our Verizon, assistant/Tech. Guy was Fernando he was in fantastic salesman very knowledgeable on both devices. We went in for an upgrade on both phones. Fernando did an excellent job on assisting us on every aspect of that. The process was great, Fernando than help us on the accessories we needed. The whole process was smooth and great. Fernando will be our “go to guy”. We have been with Verizon for many years and never had a problem or an issue with anything we done with them. 👍😁

Doris was a great Rep and was able to help get my old number from my iPhone 6s to my new iPhone 15 pro transferred without a problem. Greatly appreciated!!

The general manager is awesome. Simple explanation led to simple solution. Quick in and out. Really a good / great customer experience at a Verizon retail store, one that I dreaded going into in the first. Color me greatful, surprise and a new fan.

The service I've received here at various times over the last few years has been great. Thorough and knowledgeable help with a "no-rush" feel makes for a pleasantly surprising experience when you are anticipating a stressful one. This store is well run with staff that exceeds expectations

My experience with this Verizon store has been tremendous. Last week I was there to upgrade my phone. I told them what I wanted, the sales rep went and got it, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Didn't try selling me things I didn't want, didn't waste my time. Overall a very smooth transaction.
Tonight, I went there to add an iPad to my account. Les was PHENOMENAL. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and it's staff to anyone!

VERY helpful staff. I've been with other phone companies (*cough Sprint) but this location has some of the best employees. They very expertly placed screen protectors/cases on all of the phones we purchased...which I hate doing. No complaints here.

Pablo was wonderful! He not only applied the liquid protection screen saver with meticulous detail, he also went ahead and did the online warranty process for me. This is why I use Verizon!

My tablet (several years old) had a critical problem. They were able to get a new one under warranty the next day. Great service!!

Some of the best service I have ever seen. I walked into the store and there were three people waiting by the door to help me. Employees were very professional. Can't say enough good things about this place. Keep up the great work!!!

Always love going to this Verizon store, the customer support is next to none. We were helped at every step of the way when upgrading our phones and answered any questions that we may have had during the setup process. I'll always favor this store over other authorized retailers!

Very helpful staff. They are happy to troubleshoot, make phone recommendations, and even suggest solutions when you drop your phone in the toilette and need the cheapest replacement possible (DAMHIKT).

That being said. Prices for cell service in the US are absolutely ridiculous.

I love going in here, the Frontage Road location in Warsaw. These guys and gals are great, they are always happy to answer any questions I might have or help switch service to a new phone, questions about my account, etc. So knowledgeable, friendly, and so professional! ZERO complaints. Been with verizon since 2000, and this is why :)

Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options available to me. He was also fun to talk to while getting my phone upgraded.

Only Verizon store I will go into. Have bought all of our company phones and person phones with this store. Always eager and great help. Understanding that sometimes you don't need everything with the phone but just the basics

Friendly staff that doesn't pressure you to buy anything! Very helpful every time I go in there! I will never go to another Verizon store in Warsaw.
