Fantastic experience at this location of New Balance! The associates were lovey and Hunter who helped us was particularly helpful. He helped us find the right shoe for my son, who injured the tendons in his foot. I appreciated his calm and cool demeanor and his truly no pressure sales. He just wanted to make sure we found the best shoe for my son's health. I talked the manger, Tyler, and let him know he has a gem of an associate! Thank you Hunter! We look forward to our next purchase here for the rest of our family! <3

Buy in person at this store instead of buying online! I'm reluctant to purchase in - store when I can just as easily buy online, but this is a definite exception! I had my mind set on the shoes I wanted, but Tyler and his excellent staff helped me select a pair of shoes that were better suited to my needs. The specific shoes I needed were shipped over the holidays and still arrived very quickly!

New Balance is located by Chick-fil-A on Hwy 280. This is where I buy my grandson’s shoes; today we bought running shoes and a backpack. Adam helped us; very knowledgeable and pleasant. The store is accessible to all, clean, and organized. I will definitely be back!

1st time visiting this store. From the moment I entered til the moment I left a great experience and a clinic on customer service.
Store Manager Tyler rushed to unlock the door a couple minutes early when he noticed customers waiting outside. He led me through their diagnostic tools (a 3D scanner & a platform that checks how your feet strike the ground as you walk). These tools helped him recommend a type of shoe that is designed to support my feet. They had my size in stock & I was able to walk out in about 15 minutes wearing a pair of sharp looking, fantastic fitting NB. Plentiful staff to assist customers + strong product knowledge + personable service = great experience. Gestures such as holding the bag out for the customer to easily grab the handle & jogging to the door to hold it open as we leave, while small in themselves, manifest a store culture of excellent customer service.

I've never had a better shoe shopping experience. I have large and wide feet so it's hard to find ones that fit but my podiatrist recommend new balance, so my husband and I came to this location. David F. was the gentleman that helped me and the process was such a breeze. They have a scanner they use to get you the best size. They had shoes in store for me to try on and when the color and size I wanted were not there, he called another location and is having the shoes shipped to me. Will definitely return to this store!

Amazing experience! Staff spoke to my group, as we walked through the door. It was crowded, but staff was present and attentive. Shout out to Tyler!!! Great job finding shoes we love quickly and efficiently.

I bought a pair of 990s two or three weeks ago. I never put them back on after I left the store. They looked just like the tennis shoes I have bought many times in the past. I went to the NB website and found a pair I liked, I called and talked to Adam at the store, he ordered the shoes I wanted to try, and a week later swapped them out after letting me try them on. No questions asked. Great service. Little things like making conversation and actually measuring your feet AND they tie them on for you !!

I had a great experience. The person who helped me was great helping me choose the right shoes and inserts. They both have helped me keep my feet straight and comfortable no matter how long I stand. The owner is also great, he cares that his customers have a great experience as well as getting the right product for them.

I was there to buy my brother a pair of shoes; I bought my mom a pair earlier this year, our first experience wasn't great, as the guy seemed to not really want to help us nor called back when he said he would; but my mom really wanted a pair so I took her back and we had a different person who was really helpful, I even bought the insoles he suggested. My brother needed a pair that would be comfortable and supportive for his feet as he is on the heavy side but he is autistic. I don't remember the name of the staff person, but he was excellent with my brother. He understood the difficulty of getting a response out of him and he continued to patiently engage him. I am so grateful for that. I plan continue to purchase New Balance tennis shoes.

This is my shoe store, love NB shoes especially since I have narrow feet and they come in widths. NB Bham is the place to go for athletic shoes.

Bought a pair of 990 v6. Excellent shoe. When I arrived in the store my wife and I were greeted with smiles and eagerness to help. Great experience. Maddie, David, and Payton are excellent. Thank you and will certainly be back.

Great experience with Fletcher. He was very helpful, kind and funny which I'm sure can be daunting on a busy tax free weekend. I usually just order online, but I'm really glad I went into the store this time to get some direction!

I personally think that New Balance shoes are too expensive, but we wear them for the support that they offer for our extremely flat feet. This store is great. Someone named Tyler helped us today and he went above and beyond. He actually tried to help us get what we needed, since one of our shoes has been discontinued, instead of just trying to make a sale. We will be back next week to buy a pair of shoes when we find out what the doctor recommends. This store is great, but be prepared to spend at least $150 or more, per pair.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped me realize I was one of the 80% of people wearing the wrong size shoe. I got a good pair of proper sized shoes. Tyler even pointed me in the right direction to get some good fitting work boots also.. Thanks

Had the most amazing experience today with Peyton(I hope that's how he spells it). I entered the store, and I was greeted with a smile. He asked me my needs and took his time with me. Tried 3 different shoes based on what the 3D foot machine said. I picked the perfect pair thanks to Peyton's awesome customer service, his friendliness and knowledge. Will definitely be back!!!
