I bought a dress yesterday without noticing that the zipper was messed up, went back to the store today and i wasn’t able to exchange it because i didn’t bring it back in good condition. I had the reciept, the tag, you can tell it wasn’t worn and they still decided that i couldn’t exchange. Also, the cashier was no help. She didn’t know whether she could exchange it or not. She tried calling the manager but manager didn’t pick up. And she refused to call the boss because he’s “busy”. I’m a customer, so they need to know how to treat us like customers. I’m upset i lost my money, but it’s ok because they will never receive a penny from me again.

I just walked out of this store bc their mirrors are on the outside of the fitting rooms and the sales girl stood right outside of the door while I had to discuss with my boyfriend whether or not my body looked good in the outfit. I didnt know a stranger was going to be shopping with us and staring at me everytime I came out of the fitting room. I felt uncomfortable because I couldn't even see what I looked like and I had to come out to the public store so I couldn't even try on some of the sheer clothing. Lost my business. Waste of time.

I went on a Family trip from New York to Franklin Mills. I had been to most of the stores, but I was seeking a specific style and color. As I walked by this store I noticed a beauty burgundy dress. I decided to go in to the store. I looked ane noticed they had size S,M and L. Unfortunately it was on a high rack and i could not reach them. I aproached this worker and I asked excuse me do you work here? Seems like she was already bothered. I went ahead and asked to see the size L, she in turn looked at me amd told me that she didn't have a Extra large size that she only had small and medium. Mind you I saw the one that said L. So I was basically pre judged, based on what she assumed m size was. I have big hips, but small waist. However based on what I was wearing she couldn't see my real size. I was wearing jeans and a Large t shirt and I had my coat on. I felt very offended, I repeated myself I asked for a large and not an extra large. She pulled down all the dresses except the L and she kept repeating I don't have X Large. Finally I asked her for the store name, owner name and phone number. She refused to provide the information. Finally there was a young lady at the store and I approached her. I asked her to prow me with the information which in turn told me that the Ladies "American Name" was Esther. The young Lady apologized and confirmed that they did have size L and if I wanted her to get it for me. The young Lady told me her name was Kayla. I was too upset ti even spend my money at this store. I went back to approach the Lady I told her that she should never pre judge and that if a customer asked for a size she shouldn't assume and just provide the correct size. I was so disappointed and upset. But more disappointed. This is plain old discrimination.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
The owner gave me such a big attitude when I asked her for help, the way she talked to me was insane. She ended up yelling at me that I can’t spent too much time in the store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please do not go there.

Went to this store you can’t even try on bodysuits but won’t accept returns or exchange which doesn’t make know sense. How can we know if it’s fits if we are not allowed to try it on or return or exchange. This place is a joke and I will never come here again. In addition staff are dressed horrible! Makeup horrible just scaring looking people with attitudes. Don’t shop here.
