Walked in to send a package to my mom for the holiday, Steve the person who helped me was concerned that the packaging would not hold through travel as there were fragile items. Not only did he take the time to package it with care, but gave me every option on how to send it the best way. Great customer service and location! Thank you Steve!

Love that this store is conveniently located in my neighborhood. I can’t imagine how stressful their job is, especially around the holidays, but the staff is understanding and even go beyond the call of duty (need tape for example). Recommend this location to be your go to place for your “postal” needs.

I truly love this place I go to many UPS stores but this is by far the best they're kind and helpful and they've helped me with stuff that happened at other UPS stores bravo I would give them 10 stars if that was possible

Honestly, have never had a problem here. I have came in so many times for Amazon returns and every guy who has helped me out is so polite, patient, and always wishes me a good day or weekend. I also have shipped things out for Christmas and one of the guys even helped me out with a deal to make it cheaper. Truly have never experienced anyone rude or mean. So thank you for always being so nice to me and helping me out!

I had lost a receipt that my company was going to reimburse me for. I called Steve. He found the receipt and promptly emailed it to me. Great service! I won’t go to any other location.

I want to praise the manager Steve for going above and beyond for me. I was only in town for a couple hours and needed to ship some cold items to my sister overnight. It was quite spendy, but I needed it to stay cold. The next day the package wasn’t delivered. It was delivered the next day and of course the ice packs melted, so the food was no longer good. I called him to let him know what happened. He submitted a refund for me and here’s where he went above and beyond…. He went and bought some more of the stuff I was trying to get to my sister, found dry ice and shipped it overnight for her to get what she had been wanting. It delivered perfect and now my pregnant sister is over the moon to have her cheese spread that we can no longer get locally in our home town. He also texted me and kept me up to date the whole time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We really appreciated all his diligence with that, he didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did.

WOW! I never would’ve made it to my next meeting on time and with the needed materials, but for the amazing helpful service here - and amidst the Christmas rush! Thanks team!

The UPS store is close by, and all the workers are very friendly, helpful, and fast!

Hello, I have been a long standing customer of this UPS Store for well over a decade now and I wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate all the hard work and excellent support that Manager (Steve) and his whole crew provide. The team works really hard to attend to and satisfy not only my needs, but also all the Customers that I see go into the store, even during their busy peak times! Most recently, I requested an important FEDEX package be mailed to this store, however it was never received, since FEDEX delivered it somewhere else. It remained lost for a few days. Steve worked closely with me, following up with FEDEX and the FEDEX dispatch resolution center to help me track down the package. It was finally discovered at a restaurant. I called The UPS Store and Steve offered to go over to the restaurant and he picked it up for me, since he knew I was waiting for this important package. Now that's excellent Customer Service! I was so pleased that they were able to track down my package and save the day! This is just one of many examples showing how much I appreciate this UPS Store and their team! Thank you! - Lynn C

Everything I have shipped through this store has arrived without hiccup with the exception of my last package, which I will chalk up to being a weather delay. I have to give a shout out to Steve who went above and beyond for me to check up on a package that was in limbo for a day, he promptly called me back and did some digging to find the best solution for me and the package was delivered only one day late. I’m so grateful for his customer service, it was refreshing in todays world. 10/10 recommend this store.

This was my UPS store for almost ten years. Favorite UPS store. Not the cheapest way to mail a package as it is not the regular mail, but they knew me when I walked in, kept all my regular shipping addresses on file, handled packaging when needed and were always efficient. Saved me tons of time! Even after I moved and a package was accidentally delivered to my old house and dropped off there by new owners, the UPS manager Steve tracked me down and contacted me so they could ship it to my correct address. Thumbs up!

The UPS Stores are independently owned franchises, they are NOT UPS. All materials and supplies are paid for by each individual location, NOTHING is provided by UPS thus the expense of providing tape to over 200 packages a day is significant. Also, Amazon’s return instructions specifically state the following:

• Boxes should be packed and sealed BEFORE dropping off at The UPS Store or packaging charges may apply.

Please understand that The UPS Store’s do their best to accommodate every drop-off but at times it gets very frustrating to explain to customers that spend no money in the store it is the customer’s responsibility to have their package ready to ship.

I always get great customer service at this UPS location. I have shipped from here for years and have only had really professional service. I also used their shredding services recently and Steve was very helpful and able to answer all my questions.

I had a handful of not especially valuable but highly sentimental items to ship to California, including a bulky piece of furniture and antiques. The crew at this UPS location beautifully and carefully wrapped and palletized everything for shipment. The delivery was fast, and my items arrived in excellent condition. I work in logistics, and have seen some freight horror stories--but this store was professional and made the entire process smooth. Thank you Steve and team!

I'd used this place several times as a shipping point, and everything went smoothly. Then yesterday I walked in with a flash drive and a hundred-page, complex print job that got messed up on my home printer, and 25 minutes to spare before I had to deliver the print-out. I walked out 20 minutes later with my flash drive, a perfect print-out, and a charge for only the pages that came out right. It took 20 minutes only because the staff had to figure out how to handle these particular complications (I must admit I'd made quite a mess of things), which they did cheerfully and efficiently. Good service, good attitude. I expect to be back.

The UPS Store #2727 on Yosemite in Greenwood Village, CO helped me ship a wood oak night table from Colorado to Wisconsin in August of 2021 after they helped me ship two solid oak pieces of furniture from Colorado to Wisconsin 10 months ago. Both times they packaged and shipped the furniture. It took less than a week and when it was delivered it was in excellent condition. The cost was very competitive with sending a package costs. And this was all done well following COVID safety practices. Thank you again Steve for your extraordinary service!

The employees and the manger, Steve are fantastic to work with! I've been doing business with this specific UPS store for over 10 year. They are speedy, nice, and complete printing for me always on time.

I've lived nearby for years. The staff is friendly and I've never had a problem getting my packages where they need to go, even during the holidays last minute. They also have av great selection of greeting cards!

Shipping and making Amazon returns is a drag. But these folks at UPS make it so easy. They are always nice and legit SO freaking fast. I'm in and out in under 3 minutes usually. Give these guys a raise!

These guys are the best! Unfortunately, they get a bad rap because of all the free Amazon returns...It's killing The UPS Store's shipping business. And Amazons customers expect free things from The UPS Store, such as tape and because of this, too many unnecessary negative reviews for The UPS Store.
