They were friendly and helpful. They usually have their own brand basics on hand. The other products are always changing. My very close by store closed, so now I drive farther and feel like I still save enough money to be worth the drive.

The new remodel has really made a difference! It's definitely a place that I will be going much more often. They've always had great prices, but now things are much more organized.

Placed an order online, very quick and easy. Secured the sale items that were going fast. Went in the following day to pickup the order that was ready & waiting. Doesn't get any better than that!

I really had a great experience with my pick up order today. I LOVE Big Lots, and I have ever since I was a kid. Every year I place an unusually large order of holiday/furniture/ and other random stuff. I have to say this pick up was by far the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever had! The manager was extremely friendly and all staff was awesome from the cashier who scanned my pick up receipt, to the manager, to the ladies who brought my carts up for me. Thank you guys so much!!

We have bought two pieces of furniture from here and both are amazing and super comfortable. Couldn't have picked a better place to have bought them from. Karla helped us with everything and she was excellent in every way possible. Super friendly, willing to help out with the furniture and even offered advice on future purchases. Love this store and will always come back to shop here.

Staff is always accomodating and familiar with inventory and location. I always look for a deal and managers allow me to make an offer on damaged packaging items. They are very fair and quality of products for price advertised is always a pleasure!
They also carry specialty!, name brand items,Olive oil, imported fancy foods that make great gifts!
They make my shopping " fun" and I don't seem to get any "buyer's remorse " but am satisfied with self! Pat on the back Big Lots! You deserve it! And thank you for personalizing my shopping experience! I could go on....and on......and on........

We've been shopping at this Big Lots since it opened and, for a while, it had gotten sort of dodgey and I was reluctant to go to this location over others, mostly due to everything being extremely scattered and disorganized. They recently renovated and redid the store and it has made a huge difference. I really like that I can pop in and find a deal on what I'm looking for just about every time. Their after holiday sales are amazing too

This place is always so clean. The staff is always walking around asking if you need help. The manager herself was so busy not just helping customers but being there for her employees! Kudos

They always have such wonderful seasonal items, the furniture they offer is of good quality, and we absolutely love their home decor.

I can usually find some good food here. Every third visit you spend 15 dollars to get 5 off on the purchase. I collect some of their movies too because they get a variety to buy. However, Wallmart still is a competitive store I go to. They just rearranged everything and now they might have better food in there.

I love this store. Awesome finds, great prices, and ive been able to double up on coupons so I buy even more.

This is probably the biggest Big Lots I've been to in the metro area. I had to drive forever, but they had what I wanted.

Went shopping here a few nights ago and while the store was busy and only a few cashier's were working and I got to meet Lisa and she was just so wonderful and helpful!! Thank you Lisa!!
