My battery was old and Crust, and Carlos, the O'Reilly customer service rep, helped put a new battery on. Very polite and knew how to put the battery on. Great customer service 👏

great place for last minute car parts when you are working on that project car that was supposed to only take 2 hours but turned into 3 days, friendly staff well stocked and always helpful for anything that I need, never had any issues going to this location. will definitely recommend location to others in the future. 10/10.

The people were very helpful trying to get to put my new wipers, it was a little challenging because some parts were missing but once we got another set we were able to fix it and I was happy to be able to see better when raining!

Great Store!! The sales person took great time & consideration in insurring that the Alternator we were returning was in fact the proper Alternator.

The young man Marco took the time to help, explain and put on my new wipers. He also helped me by adding coolant in my car and motor oil which I desperately needed. Very professional and kind.

This place is always busy, Saturday around 11 is a busy time. I always stop in for something quick that I need, I usually look online first before stopping in.
All the employees are very helpful !

Looking for auto parts couldn't be easier.
The O'Reilly parts counter is staffed by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Customer Services is also Outstanding at the Store I visited.
I left with the correct parts for my project.

Joe and Robert were super helpful to me. Robert was helping me pick the coolant I needed for my car and was explaining to me why it was the correct one. Then joe so me struggling outside trying to put it in my car and even brought a funnel to help me. They were both so nice and informative! Definitely will ask for them again !

The customer service is ALWAYS excellent and VERY efficient here! A good looking gentleman name Jose helped me out with all the things I needed for my vehicle! He's very professional with his work and gave me no doubts about the parts/materials he recommended me! ALSO, Taylor helped me out a bunch and hooked me up with knowledge that even workshops won't bothering letting you know! Definitely my go-to place! You won't need a mechanic, they've got the knowledge for DIY (Do It Yourself) projects!

ROSEMARIE was amazing when i tell you she went above and beyond her customer service she went above and beyond !! i was stuff out of town needing tools etc to fix my truck she was patient and made sure i had everything i need !!!! highly recommend her !!!!!!!

The manager and his employees where a perfect example of a buisness i would like to go and spend my money at and not feal like i was getting cheated or lied to just to get my money because they were the most helpfull and honest respectful orileys workers i ever had the pleasue of doing buisness and i am on the road alot so i have been to a lot of diffrent ones but the manager i wish i could remember his name but if you just go in there he is an african american man about 35 to 40 hes a manager and all stores need to use him as an example of how a manager should be .....

This place has it all. And if they dont, fast same day order. Even have parts for my 86 Bronco. Big plus. Workers got the knowledge as well. They dont just pull it up and order it.
