AT&T Store

We were serviced by Alvin. Alvin is always super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure that he explains all of our plans and services that we receive and does a wonderful job every time. So every time we go into the store we always ask for Alvin and wait for Alvin to help us regardless of how long that might take. Alvin deserves a raise in my opinion because he is doing an excellent job and I have observed others in the store who do not do the same type of courtesy and professionalism as Alvin does.

Keyaan was absolutely wonderful with all the help, courtesy he showed me, and resolved all the issues I had over at the other AT&T. Helped walk me through a new iphone 15 Pro Max also explain his self well about everything I needed to understand. He couldn't have been more kind to me after the crazy situation I was dealing with at another location . A+++++ to him

Great store practicing COVID protection and enforcing distancing and masking-up. Well staff with competent individuals, I was greeted upon entrance and was provided customer service for my issue immediately, even though store had several customers waiting and shopping. Everyone was wearing a face mask including customers which made me much more comfortable.
My issue was addressed immediately and I was given an explanation as well as instructions on how to reset my phone after SIM card removal and reinsertion in order to reset the network.
Clean well lit and plenty of parking.

After dealing with a AT&T corporate screwup and canceling my corporate account, it was a pleasure to go to the store and speak The sales person K. He was very very professional help me out got me back up and running can’t say enough good comments about it. Thank you so much.

Donald S at the location on Louisiana Avenue he is a great guy. Helpful, very knowledgeable and always trying to help resolve all issues. Any and all AT&T customers if visiting this location look for him when you go into the store. I’ll never go anywhere else and won’t let anyone help me but him.
I recently had an issue with my watch and he fixed it completely, best experience with him and always.
He’s a valuable asset to this company

This AT&T store has the most educated customer service reps out there. Always polite, great energy, positive attitude and reliable. They treat you with respect and compassion. Always go above and beyond until any issue I have ever encountered over the years are fixed or to get exactly what I need. They were extremely patient with me, answered all my questions, offered advice and gave me some tips.
Both my wireless and internet service are fast, reliable, affordable, account management everything from bill pay, upgrading, changing plans, are simple and convenient. I never once had a bad experience with any customer service rep at this store. I highly recommend AT&T to anyone who needs fast reliable affordable service.

THIS was the BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced at an AT&T store. My service representative was excellent. Each team member, including the Manager, was attentive, professional, courteous, and on his/her game. To tell the TRUTH, I was dreading dealing with the opposite...turnstile, poor work ethic, robotic-like employees. AT&T should use this store as a model of "good, old-fashioned service!"

Wow what can I say? If you’re going there ask for Tiffany. She’s very charismatic and outgoing. This lady could sell water to fish. At first I didn’t care their service and almost thought about switching. She definitely changed my mind, and im enjoying my new JBl extreme speaker.

On 3/12/2022 I was fortunate to get Tyler Emilien as my rep to help with porting over 3 numbers from another carrier, closing an existing AT&T account, adding 3 new numbers, and purchasing 5 new phones. This was a bit time consuming, but he was patient and kept a good attitude. His manager Brandon was literally the best AT&T manager I've ever encountered in my 15+ years of doing business with AT&T.
