Brandon our sales rep was great. My wife and I both purchased new phones he explained everything and answered all our questions. My wife's new iPhone 14 was out of stock at the Holmen store and checked inventory at another store it was in stock so Brandon went and picked it up so she could have it the next day. While in the store he did a great job of multitasking as there were other customers in the store and he was the only employee on duty. Our experience was very good.

Brandon is one of the most knowledgeable representatives I've interacted with. I watched him thoroughly take care of each customer before he took care of helping me get set up with my new phone! Amazing employee you all have!

💜LOVE💜 the Verizon store in Holmen! Brandon and the other staff are great. Friendly, ask the right questions to give you the best service possible and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Never too long of a wait. Have always had great service from these guys! Now just waiting for the new internet service to become available in our neighborhood so we can sign up for that... hopefully soon! 🤞🤞🤞

Ahna was the individual we worked with. She was very well trained. Don’t recall a question she couldn’t answer. The transition from phone to phone has its issues but she was able to overcome them. She should receive a fantastic pat on the back. She is special!!

Austin was really nice, funny, and very knowledgeable. He helped explain the different plans very well even for a tech novice like me. Excellent taste in music as well.

Austin, Brandon and Ahna were incredibly helpful today when I went in for a phone upgrade and to get a new smart watch. I was able to get my old phone traded in no problem. They were very kind and were quick in helping but were able to slow down to answer questions and explain things that were happening. I was in and out in an hour tops! I will be going again for other upgrades and questions.

Austin was so patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process of changing over service and obtaining new devices. The other staff stepped in and helped as well. Great experience and I would highly recommend the Holmen Verizon store to all and I have been a faithful customer with another carrier for 27 years!!!

Austin at the Holmen store was amazing. Very friendly, knew what he was taking about, explained things in an understandable manner, very helpful. I would recommend him if you have any questions or need any upgrades.
