Came in to look for some new shoes to start my pt/running journey. The younger guy that helped me (so sorry I forget your name) was wonderful!! Helped me choose the right shoe for the way I run, and the support I need. Even looked up some different colors for me, and ordered them to my house. Could not recommend this place enough!

I picked this place based off of the great reviews they had and the fact that there was a treadmill in the store that I could really test the shoes out on and it definitely did not disappoint. Chris was the only one there but his customer service and attention to detail to every single person who walked in the door was not something you experience anymore in our society. I was there for about an hour, and during that time there was no less than at least three people needing his attention at the same time, and he made every single person there feel like they were priority. He gave everybody options and took the time to help them find exactly what they were looking for. In a time where customer service is severely lacking, the experience I had at the store was a very pleasant breath of fresh air.

This is the second pair of trail running shoes I have purchased from Eclipse Running (two other pairs from Reno Running Company) and I am never disappointed with the shoes or the customer service that I receive. The last visit was because I had worn out my old shoes, and the manufacturer was no longer making that model, so I really needed help finding a suitable substitute. (I have had numerous foot surgeries over the years and finding a comfortable and supportive shoe is vital.) The patience and knowledge of my salesperson was amazing, and within a short time and trying on several different shoes, she finally narrowed it down for me. I could not be more pleased with my time at Eclipse and the shoes that I eventually purchased. Although I am not a competitive trail runner, I felt I received the salesperson's expertise and suggestions as if I were. Eclipse Running is my forever go-to place for my trail running shoes!

I went in and got helped immediately, by the very attentive by Alden. It took a bit of time- (they have tools to get a really good measure of your feet), but I walked out with a shoe I am very confident will last the remainder of my Army training. I tried on a few different shoes and learned what I need to look for in the future and a trick for tying my shoes. There is a military discount!

A high school friend that was on the track team recommended me this store, and thank goodness!! Incredible customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced on different style track shoes. Amazing experience.

The staff are great at helping pick out the best shoes for particular foot issues. I have purchased several pairs of shoes here over the past few years and never have been disappointed.

I always buy my shoes at Reno Running Company, because they know how to get the best shoe for the purpose. Not necessarily the price.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Like the brands and variety of shoes and accessories this store carries.

The customer service provided by Hayden was FABULOUS!!! He worked with me to find the perfect pair of running shoes and was so knowledgeable about all the shoes I tried…8 pairs I think. ;) It was also very cool that they have a treadmill so you can actually get a good feel for the shoe in full stride. Thanks eclipse running and Hayden! I will definitely be back!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Maddie and her gentleman coworker passed no judgement as I searched for my first good pair of walking /hiking shoes. In fact, I felt supported in my journey! Shopping Local definitely had its rewards.

Great staff and great selection!! Once we found the right shoe for me, they brought out ever color so I could choose and even helped me pick the best socks!

I had a great experience at eclipse running! I had never had my gait analyzed before. It was also interesting to see where I put weight on my feet. The nice man who helped me could tell right away what kind of shoe that I needed. After trying on several, I picked the first brand that he had selected for me. I was in the store for over an hour and was very well taken care of. I love my new trail runners, which I use everywhere!

I live in NYC but travel to Reno frequently. Went in to buy my first ever trail runners. Best shoe purchase experience. A few Q/As to get started and the sales person knew exactly what options to pull out. Super knowledgeable. In and and out of store in 20min. My trail runners are PERFECT. Not buying running shoes anywhere else

I've been shopping at Eclipse for years and they've never disappointed me. Their people are always knowledgeable and have helpful suggestions. Don't shop on Amazon, go to Reno Running and interact with a real human!

Eclipse Running of the Reno Running Company is great. Good service, good selection of shoes. I buy mainly Hokas and have On Cloud as well. Good staff that is knowledgeable, helpful. You never have to wait or ask for help, employees are on it all the time as soon as you walk in the door.

Love shopping here. Although I'm not a runner the staff is always knowledgeable about the footwear. They give you direction and tips on what shoes work best for your foot type. I am a huge fan of shopping local and they are certainly a very friendly locally owned business.
