Cass in the furniture department was great and very helpful. We had went to multiple furniture stores where we couldn’t get anyone to help or even look up what they had in stock for us when trying to get new couches. She was very helpful in showing us what was available and the rest of the process afterwards as well. Bought a couch and loveseat in the first trip and ended up going back for a new queen mattress as well because the service was the best we experienced in that area. We went in person to try all the products so we knew the quality and comfort we’d be taking home.
Same person was there when we went to pick it up and service was quick.
I’d recommend. My cats would probably also recommend the couch.

They carry a lot of keto based products which I find very helpful. I'm about fifty fifty on their new policy of no plastic to go bags. I understand why they're doing it but for someone who only shops there every once in a while. I had no idea and paper bags rip and tear that you have to pay for. I finally had to unsubscribe to their email list because they sent out way way to many emails.

I’ve been shopping at this store for more than twenty years and the customer service is the best it’s ever been. It also has a wider selection of products especially in clothing and in patio/gardening/outdoors. I enjoy the free product weekend giveaways too!

Been going to big lots since I was little. Great place so much to look at from good to furniture all way way to dog and cat toys and everything in between.

Spent big lots of money couldn't stop

As always I spend to much money when I go! $1 spices are great deal, most of the dog toys I get are $3 or so which is good as it doesn't usually take long for the dogs to destroy them. I love the bargains I can get there.

We were looking for furniture and were surprised how much they had and how good the prices were. Found just what we were looking for at half the price of another store we had looked at.

Cashier was friendly, helpful and patient. Store was clean and well organized. A bit low on several items but that is understandable due to issues with suppliers.

I love going here to just browse through the items. I've gotten a lot of great things here including furniture I've used for years that look lovely. You can always find something fun or just plain weird sometimes.
