After a brief stint away from cricket I've finally returned and I'm so glad I did. The lazy employees who never actually helped are all gone. Replaced by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for stepping it up cricket. Pushed me away and then free me back in.

They were nice, extremely helpful, I purchased a phone & started service. For anyone who likes the AT&T network but wants a cheaper alternative, take a look at Cricket

I've always had fantastic service through them. I have 5 phones unlimited everything and insurance and pay $140 month. The employees are always very helpful when we have to go in to the store. Also you can do a phone upgrade every 90 days. The phones have different prices for upgrades, porting, and just outright buying a phone. The only downside is the $25 upgrade fee, but still it isn't to bad.
